Meridian Dental

If I could give this dentist and hygienist a 0 star I would. Better yet a negative. I have never experienced a more incompetent dentist and hygienist. This was my first visit, so I was there for a cleaning. The hygienist barely even cleaned my teeth. She didn't even floss my teeth and I literally had to ask her to do it. I also have a bottom retainer and the hygienist said "you can do it at home with a super floss." I told her that every dentist office I have been to has flossed my bottom retainer and teeth. I told the dentist about it and she said "we don't have the specific floss in the office." The dentist barely even looked at my teeth and I had to ask her if there were any issues. This was the most unprofessional office I have ever been to. Please do not waste your time or your money going to this terrible establishment. They don't even have the proper resources in their office. The office wasn't even nice itself. They both need to go back to school.

Called another dentist office who said they were welcoming new patients but didn’t have anything until march 🤦🏿‍♂️ I called dr Simi Paul office and was told to come and and was treated quickly. I was also able to schedule an appointment that wasn’t far out. Thanks for great service.

First time here and it was an amazing experience! Staff was extremely friendly, fast service witch is always a plus! Thank you!

The staff is wonderful and Dr Paul is awesome! I haven’t been to the Dentist since moving to the Dallas area and needed work done. I’m so glad I found her and it’s close to Las Colinas.

Came to Meridian on recommendations from my mom and I am so glad that I did. From the front office staff to the dental hygienist to Dr. Paul herself five star customer service and comfort all the way! They really made me feel at home by being so understanding and kind. Dr. Paul was honest about my teeth and told me that I needed to step up my flossing and get some flossing picks. She also recommended no crowns, which another dentists highly recommended. She was honest and she made me laugh as well so many times! The main time was when the water pick went flying and spraying all of the place hiting the both of us. We couldn't stop ourselves from laughing. Again she does really made me feel at ease, which is difficult for me and so many at the dentist. I actually fell asleep a couple of times, which is not either easiest task with your mouth open and someone with various tools picking at your teeth. Dr. Paul is nothing short of amazing and her and her staff will make you feel at home, so when you need that six month cleaning go see her! Her prices are amazing and so is the service you will receive!! Go!!!
