My boys and I have been patients for a while now. After moving 40 minutes away from SmileZone, I decided to try a dental office closer to home. Well, that visit didn’t go so well. This is such a wonderful office. The ladies are always so sweet. The most important thing is they are honest. The doctors are conservative and not like so many offices out there try to squeeze every penny out of you and do bunch of unnecessary treatments! I recommend them to everyone!

Terrible service, was waiting an hour to be called back. Arrived at 10:10am for a 10:30am appointment. They needed my new insurance card information which I know it takes some time to verify. I work at a medical office it shouldn’t take a hour to verify insurance. Staff was standing around talking amongst themselves. Then after been sitting there at 11:00am the front desk tells me I have paperwork to fill out.. Ridiculous!!! I was called back at 11:05am, dental assistant was taking to long to take my daughters vitals. She kept trying to get the x-ray machine to work, pulled the x-ray cord in and out of my daughters mouth about 5 times. Still couldn’t get the x-ray machine to work.. Had enough and walked out. 10:10am to 11:34am having a newborn with me and a toddler... Also I was the only one in the waiting room!!! What a great waste of my time, I WILL NOT BE BACK!!
