I have been bringing my daughter to Texas Tiny Teeth for the last past 4 years. The front desk staff are always very nice unfortunately I can’t say the same for Dr. Jackson. She has a combative way to respond to your questions. I’ve had 2 incidents with her. Unfortunately I will be changing providers.

We came here when my daughter 7yo Maddie had a toothache they were fantastic. My daughter had a bad experience at a different dentist and she never wanted to go back there. When we found Texas Tiny teeth and she loves it!! I will definitely bring my kids here again. Lupita is so sweet and smart she answered our questions if we had any and my little girl was so comfortable around Lupita. Man where and I start we love dr Jackson so much, she started with my son now my 10 month old daughter goes with her , She is the kindest person ever even out in public we saw her and still manage to make us feel like family!! And always those hug she gives are the best!! Our MA for the day was Thania man she is was so wonderful also I often see that Medical assistant don’t get recognized but definitely she was the sweetest! Has I work in the medical field I see this often us has parents we forget about them but this time she will be recognized she is amazing!!!

My 13 yr old has been terrified of the dentist. Today, she was calm, relaxed and smiling after her appointment. Lupita was so kind and gentle as she guides my daughter through x-rays and clean. Fabulous chair side manner. Dr. Jackson was amazing. She explained everything to my daughter and took cues from her. It was important to Dr Jackson that my daughter feel comfortable so she wouldn't hate being seen! We go back next month for additional work and can't wait! Thank you!!

Dr. Jackson was patient and willing to show my kids proper brushing mechanics to boost their accountability. I have preached and preached to them but they seemed to be more motivated after she spoke with them. This was our first visit and I look forward to our follow up.
