I really enjoyed my experience at this dental office in Lewisville. The office staff were very nice and respectful and knowledgeable about various insurance questions I had. I was seen by a Dr. Tran she was very nice and understanding of my concerns and does a very thorough job. This is also a bilingual office so if you need help a language barrier should be a problem.

That manager in Lewisville location looks pretty mean, she was not polite, was rude and thats why i felt insecure about giving them the job i can't stand rude people don't like them, if they do appreciate us then don't deserve our business, so i decided to cancel them, then i found out they are the most economical ones, so i asked them if i can still get the job done there but it seems that woman maneger took it personal when i canceled them the other time and she saying she has no appointments for about a month that they are full, when before i didn't even need an appointment, and their store was empty no body there. Feel sorry for owner because is loosing business because of her personal feelings

Scam do not use. They dont answer their phones and then give you a cell phone number to call and when they dont like you calling they block you. I repeat do not use, they will scam your insurance for work not done.
