My last dentist was horrific and I was terrified to go to a new dentist. The dentist and staff were amazing, patient, and caring. The Lewisville Dentist is my new tooth home!

Great accommodating staff. Dr. Baugh and the team are knowledgeable and especially patient with folks like me who can get a bit panicky. Plus my teeth look great! Bet you can’t tell which one has the crown

I highly recommend this dentist office. Kenna, Maddie, Dr Baugh and the whole staff went above and beyond to make my visit as comfortable as possible I drive an hour and a half to come to this office and will continue to do so. These ladies are phenomenal!

If you're looking for a dental practice where you feel completely comfortable on your first visit, this is the place! We have been with the same dentist for 20 years and were very reluctant to change but due to the commute and the fact that they were not in our dental network, it was necessary. I am a pretty strict critic of medical/dental practices and was completely blown away by this incredible staff and dentist. They hit the mark at every level ... friendly, professional and, most importantly, knowledgeable. We're looking forward to being with this practice for many years to come and highly recommend them!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My family and I have been coming here for over 6 years and we stopped going about a year ago due to the staff and a staff member making my sister cry. I went today for my cleaning and I’m extremely happy. Dr.Baugh is amazing, and the rest of the staff are just as great. Kenna and Maddy made my visit super easy. I highly recommend coming here!!

I made the right call when I spoke to Kenna from The Lewisville Dentist. I had no knowledge of the insurance forms, direct deposit authorizations, and reimbursement accounts. Kenna calmly demonstrated with such profession that put me at ease. She is truely an asset to that office. Thanx so much for your help!

I flew to Dallas for a wedding and broke a temporary veneer as I was boarding the airplane. I called my dentist, who found The Lewisville Dentist and they worked me in as soon as I landed. Dr. Baugh did an amazing job! She matched my other teeth perfectly and made sure I was happy with the finished product. Kenna, her manager and Devin, her assistant were so personable and welcoming! I will definitely go back if this happens again. :)

*** updated post 8.31.22. I have been going to The Lewisville Dentist for 4 years now and even after the staff change I am still very glad this is my Dentist. Dr Baugh is amazing and is always soo friendly. She always explains what is going on and answers all my questions. Her staff is also amazing Devin and Maddy are great and very personable. The front desk ladies Kenna and Maddie are always providing great service and instantly make you feel welcomed. Their entire staff is helping me fix my teeth to make them as perfect as possible before my wedding this fall and i uave forever grateful. I recommend going here for all your dental needs. I love The Lewisville Dentist. I used to go to a large brand dentist and it felt so impersonal and it got to the point where they were more concerned about getting new customers than keeping their current customers. I do not feel that way about The Lewisville Dentist. I come in and they remember me and know who I am and know things about me. They always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I also know they care about my teeth and are providing me the best care possible. Another thing I love is when they provide me with my dental care I have never felt pressured nor felt like they were trying to sell me anything. I'm really glad I found Natalie and her amazing staff.

I had the greatest experience at the Lewisville dentist for my first cleaning! Maddie and Nancy at the front office were incredibly nice and helped me with all of my questions and concerns. It was almost too easy to schedule my appointment they were so helpful. My hygenist Madina took extremely good care of me during my cleaning. I can't thank her enough for working on my teeth as thorough as she did yet she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session. Maddy also assisted me throughout the session with any other concerns I had about my pearly whites she was awesome. After my cleaning, Dr Baugh took a look at my teeth for any additional concerns that I should be aware of and she was such a joy she's literally one of the nicest people I've met in my life and at the same time she's very professional and honest with you about what work should be done on your teeth if any. All in all it was such a pleasure to be a patient at the Lewisville dentist I can't believe I can say I wouldn't mind visiting them very frequently just to see all the smiles and hospitality again. Thank you guys so much you're the best!!!

The staff was friendly and professional. I left after my appointment with no pain, despite my appointment being pretty involved. Devin and Dr. Baugh were comforting and informative during the procedure. Afterword, Maddie abd Kenna up front were very helpful with setting up a follow up and answering my questions. Highly recommended.

Maddie at the front desk, my hygienist Vivian, and Dr. Baugh all made my first experience here so easy! I was worried to switch to a new dentist but they were all so friendly and helpful. Maddie let me know up front what my costs would be which was great to not be surprised with a bill! Vivian and Dr. Baugh were very considerate of my teeth sensitivity and explained everything they were doing. I definitely recommend!

AMAZING! I took my three year old here after having a horrible experience at an actual pediatric dentist, and they were amazing. They went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and were creative in helping him understand what was going on. They were so patient with him and let him use some of the tools to help him feel more comfortable. At the end he got to spray everyone with the little hose. Not only did the take care of his cavities but they made it a great experience. They didn’t even need to give him to numbing shot. It was all around an incredible experience for me and my son. So if you’re ever questioning where to take your kids, take them here. They will do everything they can to make sure they have a great experience

Yikes! Don't come here. Worst dental care I have ever received. Update: paid for a crown, however the tooth had to be to be pulled. Miss diagnosed abscess. Went weeks without treatment. Went to another dentist and everything is resolved. This dentist refused to refund my money. So I'm out $1200 and a tooth.

Unfortunately I arrived not knowing that the dentist was different. However, my experience was excellent. My hygienist and Dr. Baugh immediately made me feel comfortable and allowed me to discuss my feelings and my past experiences with dentist. I booked my follow-up! The office staff was also excellent.

The staff is friendly and kind from the front desk to Dr.Baugh. They have all been accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I had recently moved to Lewisville and found them about nine years ago and found them by chance, but they are WONDERFUL. The outside does not speak to the inside. The new dentist Dr. Baugh is kind, knowledgeable and the front office staff will take care of you. This office does have a new dentist, but still nothing but the best.

One of the best dentist and dental staff I've ever dealt with. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. My entire experience was grade A. Glad I found a new dentist that I can trust and feel comfortable with.

Absolutely LOVE this dentist! I am not a fan of getting my teeth cleaned or x-rays. But their hygienist does a fantastic job and the visit is enjoyable. Dr. Baugh I'd fantastic. I still have baby teeth and she takes me through steps to prepare me down the road. I'm from Frisco and drive all the way to this office!
