1st visit: Dec. 21 2021 Dr. Carter and her Dental Tech did a thorough and professional job on my tooth extraction. They made sure I understood the procedure and were very knowledgeable in answering any questions I had. They made sure I felt little too no pain or discomfort during the extraction and were quite endearing and have a sense of humor. If you don't have a dental coverage I recommend the in-house dental plan. 2nd visit: 11 May 2022 I enjoyed having Dr Carter again, she's very knowledgeable and very good at what she does. The hygienist Jordan was pretty cool and enjoyed her company and work. And their dental house plan is really affordable lol. 3rd visit: 14 December 2022 I got to see Dr Carter again and her dental hygienist Keegan. They are very good at their job and but very thorough and attentive to my teeth. No one likes to have their teeth worked on but I can tell you they did a very good job and make sure I understood what they were doing and if I ever was any pain to lift my hand to let them know. It was very busy and they were able to take care of my appointment regardless of the amount of people that day. They're always pretty funny and always get telling stories and I was pretty well enough relaxed enough to where I could at least almost fall asleep during the procedure. "Almost" I said, when someone's working in your mouth it's not that easy to relax but they did a pretty good job to where I could trust them enough to not have to worry about being hurt and actually close my eyes enough to rest my whole body in the dental chair in absolute faith.
