Dr. Albrecht and his team are absolutely amazing! Wonderful atmosphere, the sweetest employees, and overall best experience I have had at a dentist. After doing a lot of research, I decided on New Braunfels Family & Cosmetic Dentistry and I couldn’t be happier. When I first started going to see them, about 2 years ago, I was so nervous because I had not had a cleaning in over a year. Dr. Albrecht took the time to talk and get to know me before getting into dentist mode, which made me feel like he truly cared compared to being just another patient. During my most recent experience I was very anxious about getting multiple fillings done and they were running a little behind. (This was the first time I have ever had to wait. My appointments are always scheduled at the end of the day due to being a teacher so it is totally understandable when things take a little longer than expected. I appreciate how they always work with my schedule!) They came in to check on me and got me situated with Netflix. This is a huge bonus because it is such a great distraction from the drilling happening on your teeth. They were so good about communicating about what they were doing and asking if I was ok. I have had fillings done two separate times here and both times they have called me the following day to check in to see how I am doing. They are the sweetest! I highly recommend going to see Dr. Albrecht and his team!

All the staff were extremely friendly and it was a quick and easy process to check in the first time as all needed documents were requested via text message and I was able to complete them from my phone before my appointment. My hygienist, Brittany was great! She was very thorough with my cleaning and provided me a lot of detail about the condition of my teeth and gums and made sure everything was perfect before I saw the doctor. Dr. Albrecht was very friendly and professional and he made my dental health a priority! I was in great hands the entire time. The office is top notch and decorated beautifully!
