Very poor office staff. My daughter had made an appointment months in advance, and had to make arrangements at her job to take time off in the middle of the day. The day of her appointment, she received two emails from the practice confirming her appointment. When she arrived and went to check in, she was told that they had canceled her appointment and given it away, as she had not replied to a text from the previous day asking her to reply to confirm her appointment. She explained that she hadn’t seen the text, but had received TWO confirmations just hours before. They told her that those were automated messages that didn’t mean anything. How was she to know that some messages were critical to reply to and others were meaningless?! They couldn’t rebook her for months, so she left. None of our family will be returning. Unfortunately, even if the doctors are wonderful, the front desk staff needs to also be helpful.

Staff is awesome! Constantly having issues with their billing. On multiple occasions I am told services are included in my policy and they’re not. Obviously premier is not responsible for the terms of the policy but it feels as though they have misguided me to bill for services.

Very nice people, but didn’t listen to the fact at Augmentin upsets my stomach, they still wrote me a prescription of Augmentin and refused to help me get out of pain tired of taking all this over-the-counter medication like Tylenol and ibuprofen and it’s not helping/it is now 518 and I still have yet to get medicine from this so say dentist office I have asked for my $50 refund it back that was holding a spot for two weeks and they’re acting like they don’t understand This place is a joke just like a lot of places in Texas
