Today was my first time visiting at Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics in Pflugerville. I haven’t seen dentist since Covid and I was kinda nervous and worried about my teeth. All employees were so kind and clearly explained what’s going on. Lyon, hygienist was awesome and best hygienist I ever met. Dr. Kevin Pham was also awesome and I really like his professional advice. Sarah who did super good jobs with x-rays. I made follow up appointment without any doubt. I’d like give 10 stars, if I can.

I had a chipped molar from a fall during the ice storm and updated PMD. I was so grateful to be seen the next day! Dr Hoskins in marvelous as well as zetas, Valeria, and the whole front office staff. I’ve had a dental emergency before and was seen the next day. I’ve been going there now for over 3 years and they’re the best in Pf. Ps bThis is really Susan, John’s wife, but I’m technically challenged:)

I am absolutely disappointed with this dental office. I called and provided all my information for a dental appointment. The appointment was scheduled for today at 10:30 am. I arrived at 10:15 am, to be told in person that the office is out of network for my dental plan. The receptionist told me that she tried to call me once last week Friday. I never received a missed call or voice mail message to inform me of this news. If they did not reach me Friday, why did they not call me today, before my appointment. I missed work, gas, and my time to arrive at the office and be told this news. Not only did make I have an appointment, but also my son at a later time today. He never received a call either, and we have the same insurance. Yet, I received a text message confirming my appointment. I am frustrated and will never recommend this dental office to anyone.

Xavier and Dr. Patel were amazing! Xavier was so kind and welcoming. He explained all processes clearly and with a smile and positive attitude. Dr. Patel was understanding and friendly. She educated me on what she was doing and why as well as best practices and advice. She was gentle and thorough which made all the difference.
