This clinic is so lovely! It is easy to find, easy to park, friendly and clean. The staff and Dr. Chan are warm and gentle and the atmosphere is easy, comfortable and so welcoming. We are so happy that my friend recommended them and i will continue to do so as well - Jacquelyn at the front desk was so sweet and helpful, i felt fully attended to and welcomed. When Tanya, my hygienist came out to escort me back to the room, she was so warm and friendly as well, so easy to talk to and i felt comfortable immediately. She paid attention to my comfort level (i've have an embarrassing gag reflex with x-rays since i was a kid and she even taught me a trick to make x-rays easier that totally worked!) she was gentle and explained everything she was doing and offered great suggestions for continued care. Dr. Chan was so friendly and full of personality, very warm and easy to talk to. He addressed any worries or questions, and also offered suggestions on continued care. I felt so comfortable at this clinic, as a first time patient it was so nice to feel immediately included into their family of patients. I am transferring our family over to the clinic and recommending them to everyone i know.

I've lived in Rowlett since 2018 and have been visiting this dentist since then. Dr. Chan and his staff are amazing, can't say enough positive things about them. I fortunately have insurance to help pay for my dental, so I do not know how they are with people who do not have insurance, so I can't weigh in on that. However, the service is amazing and I hardly ever feel pain when I go here.

We had an amazing experience. The office was cute and inviting. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. They fit us in for an emergency situation and the Dr. Did an excellent job. Leigha from XOMGPOP gives them a 10 out of 10!!!! Her teeth now look amazing. Sweet Family Dentistry will now be our permanent Dentist. The staff and Dr also took amazing care of my daughter, Stephanie. She has Down Syndrome and they made her feel comfortable and did a great job on her extraction. I can’t thank everyone at Sweet Family Dentistry enough!!!!
