Highly recommend! After having had a previous experience that was not ideal, I visited Dr.Pooskoor's office. Not only did she make me very comfortable but she also explained every detail of the procedure I was getting done. My appointment went very smoothly and she was also available to answer follow up questions two days after my procedure. I took both my kids after that to get their teeth cleaned and x-rays done. She has become our family dentist now and we are very happy with the service. The staff is also courteous and professional. Great dental experience!

I switched my son to a different dentist as he would never let this office touch his teeth and found out that Medicaid was charged for the protected seals yet, my child never got them and now he can’t get approved for them. If you have Medicaid be aware of what charges are being claimed.

I had my deep cleaning done recently at Rowlett Dentist, and had a 5 star experience. The appointment process was very easy. The front office staff was super sweet and I was happy that they accepted my insurance. The office itself is plush, impeccable, and very well kept. Promptly at my appointment time, I was taken in for my x-rays, which went very smoothly as well. The best part though was my deep clean. I normally get shots, but Dr Pooskoor said she could do it without it. And she was right. It was virtually painless and I had zero discomfort during the deep clean. It was much easier without the injections. Overall the entire experience was just very welcoming and stress free. Plus I felt great after my deep clean. I highly recommend Dr Pooskoor and Rowlett Dentist.

I had not been to the dentist in literally 15 years and I was scared on what to expect. I ended up picking a dentist at random that my insurance covered and I’m very happy I picked this one. The work done, as well as the follow ups to make sure I’m happy about the cosmetic work done, is amazing. I would highly recommend for anyone in the rowlett area!

I have always been deathly afraid of the dentist. I was the girl that needed gas just to get my teeth cleaned. I have now found a dentist that I don't need that. Dr. Pooskoor is so kind and so gentle. She didn't talk down to me or make me feel small. I love this place. Her assistant is absolutely wonderful too. She talks to you like you are old friends. I highly, highly recommend The Rowlett Dentist. You won't be sorry.

My family ( including my husband and my kids) have been visiting Dr Pooskoor for many years, and every experience has been awesome and very comfortable. Clinic is always spotless. It is very easy to take appointments. We always got personalized touch to every appointment we go, from cleaning the teeth to discussing the details of what needs to be done to take care of our teeth for future. I was looking for doctor who can spend more time with me than their assistants, and that is where I Dr. Pooskoor differentiates in her practice. Dr. Pooskoor is very patient in explaining every detail and is also very very kids friendly. I highly recommend her !!

I have been going to Dr. Pooskoor since 2010 when she had a practice in Plano. There are so many other dentists closer to my house but I now willingly make the trek to Rowlett because keeping Dr. Pooskoor as my dentist is worth it. Doctors’ offices have always caused me a lot of anxiety, but Dr. Pooskoor is so kind and compassionate, gentle during cleaning/treatment, and always willing to answer my questions, calm my nerves, and provide advice. I appreciate her conservative approach because she doesn’t recommend unnecessary treatments. I feel confident and comfortable in her care and can’t recommend her highly enough.

Dr Pooskoor took the time to listen to my many concerns. I am very fearful of Dentists offices and being in them! She listened and acknowledged my concerns. In 2 weeks she corrected what my previous dentist had been working on for 2 years. I am so thankful for finding Dr Pooskoor. The bonus of having a great dentist is that she has a fantastic staff!!! We’ve been going to The Rowlett Dentist since before Dr Pooskoor moved to Rowlett. My husband and I were patients of hers in her Plano office and after a bad experience with a new Dentist we decided the drive from Plano to her new office in Rowlett wouldn’t be a problem. Dr. Pooskoor is a great dentist who cares about her patients. She is knowledgeable,very professional and we trust her with all of our dental needs. Her assistant, Marilyn is so nice and puts us at ease immediately. We’ve always been treated with respect by Dr Pooskoor and her staff and we highly recommend The Rowlett Dentist.

1 star because I can't give 0. My husband had to have a root canal and a few weeks later he was in a big amount of pain. When we called the dentist said "oh I couldn't get the whole root out let me refer you to a endodonast We paid $1,000. Then these new people did ANOTHER root canal ($1,800) and a week later he is in more pain. I'm so angry!!! This just happens to be around covid-19 I haven't been able to work and my husbands hours have been cut. We won't be coming back and I hope everyone who reads this goes to someone else.

Dentist doesn't know how to apply anesthesia. She doesn't wait until you are numb making everyone scream. It wasn't accident it happened to the patient next door.. oh to make it even worst she multitask between one patient and another. She works on your mouth leaves you for while to start another patient then she leaves the other patient to keep working on your mouth. Lack of professionalism and terrible dentist STAY AWAY!!!

We have had great experiences here. Staff is great, prices are good. Very friendly and gentle.
