Check the line items on the bill. I “bought” an expensive toothbrush set.They took it off my bill when I realized it a few days later. Two visits and NO soap in restroom and very little toilet paper. I was told it was on order. Someone needs to do a Dollar Tree run and get some. NOW. So far everyone is pleasant and nice. Well, sneaky not to tell me I was buying an expensive toothbrush and nasty to have no soap. I hope the employees have soap.

Very happy with my repair of my tooth. I like Dr Vo very much and she did a great job!

So far my experience has been pleasant. The young lady who cleaned my teeth did so an amazing job. She needs a raise lol

My first time visiting this office on Broadway was a very pleasant environment, with knowledgeable and respectful staffing, clean environment, will be having a 6month checkup and cleaning their as well again, love how you can can schedule anytime most of the time, the flexibility of scheduling is important to me…

Dr Vo was amazing. She helped address our concerns and adjusted our treatment plan to our finances as well as our preferences. The office staff are all very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

I had a great experience at this dentist. Employees are friendly.The dentist ask me of I had a mouth guard to use when I sleep at night. Another dental office put in my implants and did nit tell me I needed to wear a mouth guard at night

The moment I walked in I was treated with the most amazing respect. The office itself was very clean and didn’t have that Dentist office smell. Every person I came in contact with was very friendly and showed their Professional side as well. They made me comfortable and this is something that I’m usually not in this setting. They worked with me on the financial side as well. I Recommend Aspen Dental to that person out there that has the reluctance to go to the dentist. Give them a try, I know they will make you feel at home as well.

The Tyler office is always friendly, helpful, and super efficient!

Poor customer service every time. Only reason I go is due to the credit card I have with them. I left the Tyler location to go to Longview location and still got rude customer service nobody seems to have patience r the care I called both locations today and neither agent gave me their names that answer the phone. The Longview location stated I never been there before which was a lie and that they close at five. It’s very hard trusting a company with your teeth when agent representing the company r rude which teeth is very valuable and once they’re gone it’s gone. The tyler agent didn’t even care to see if there was any Saturday date when the longview agent gave me their date right away. It brings me frustration and anxiety and I don’t want to jump place to place to get my teeth finish. Customer care is important specially when it comes to teeth. It’s like going to a fast food restaurant and you get rude service you’re not going to want to eat there again.

They completely wasted my day off. My insurance website and Aspen Dental’s own website advertises they accept DeltaCare USA, AND I spoke to an employee the day prior to my appointment giving them my insurance information ahead of time. Show up to my appointment to be informed they do not accept my insurance and let me know it says they do because one of their specialty dentists does accept it. Of course I had to cancel my appointment and they completely wasted my time.

In all my 66+ years of life the Tyler Aspen Dental is the most pleasant and professional dental office I have ever visited. I am impressed with the level of care so much my family will only receive services from Aspen Dental from this date forward.

Aspen dental is a great place the environment, the doctors, and staff male sure you are very comfortable and that you understand everything before you leave.

I went in there for a follow-up on my denture warranty and basically was underserved and told the warranty would not be honored. I was really in shock I had to go to another dental provider it was a real waste of time and money for me!

The front desk staff, nurses and doctors were all so kind and comforting!! Dental visits can be very unnerving and give you a lot of anxiety. But I've never been more comfortable! Love love love this office!!!

Edit* Was great at first, lived up to their word. But after they have you trusting them they set you up for a massive debt. Will tell you promises of the insurance coving your procedure, get your copayment, then hit you with a massive bill the insurance never would have paid. The dentist was chatting with the assistant (as he's working on my teeth) about his affair with another dentist who would soon be working their, wanting advice on how to keep both relationships going.

Had a wonderful experience. Would recommend Aspen Dental to anybody looking for a dentist or afraid of the dentist.

Very pleasant staff talked me through everything listened to my concerns overall I love them and considering my history with dentists I'm deathly afraid but aspen dental is the best by far I've ever been to and would recommend it to anyone who asks

Going to Aspen Dental was the absolute worst dental experience I have ever had. I went there to get fillings. First of all the dentist, who i don't remember his name but he was an indian guy and he didn't do a good job at the beginning because I still felt the pain. So he had to go in to numb me again. Once the dentist was done I went home and the pain never went away. My mouth was still hurting days afterwards, I couldn't eat any solid foods which made me lose about 20 lbs. I eventually went back to Aspen and saw another dentist and I believe his name was Dds Bradley. I told him Ibelieve I might have an abscess. He took x-rays and said I didn't have one and tried to refer me to a pain management dept which I declined. I eventually had to go back to my old dentist who was now out of network to get a x-ray. Of course my old dentist did a x-rays and actually showed me where the abscess was. I was so upset that Aspen Dental was so incompetent and unprofessional. I would NEVER go back to them or refer them to anyone. The place should be condemned!!!
