Dr. Franklins Dentist office on Broadway Blvd. In Tyler,Tx is the greatest. The teeth cleaning is top notch, and as for Dr.Franklin, well; i can't say enough! She is great at picking you the perfect teeth, the after care is so professional and courteous. She truly cares!!!!!

I would recommend avoiding these shiesters at all costs.Franklin dental needs to review ethics policies.If you can afford expensive insurance go ahead and roll the dice!

I would advise that no one go here for any services. First of all their office guy said is very unorganized. He scheduled me up an appointment for March 6 then when I call to verify, he said he didn’t remember scheduling it I get there the day of the rescheduling, and then he claims that he can’t get in the system for my insurance company after he had me to sit there for an hour I took off from work to come all the way from Henderson to Tyler for the appointment. They’re rude and very unprofessional. I will never go there again and I advise all to stay away from there.

My insurance picked this location for me and family. I thought I would have a great experience based off some of the 5 star views, but no this office is unorganized, rude, and a joke. The male receptionist was disrespectful, rude, not all easy to work with. The owner of this location needs hire quality service before her practice suffer a loss of patients.

I have heard amazing things about this dentist but yet to meet him/her. I find them very unorganized. I never received my paperwork till fill out they had me sit outside till five minutes after my appointment time then brought me in the people were very sweet, super soft speakers I’m hard of hearing so it was difficult for me to to understand them talking so soft.. finally get to back and they did X-rays which they said was difficult to do after waiting an hour and still no dentist I had to reschedule to go back to work because was not planned to sit there all afternoon for them to watch prices right… I understand making scenery comfortable for clients but without tv show they could actually work and get more done.. now I have to wait till April to see what Dentist says I’m sure they can see how infected it is and they haven’t even called in any antibiotics… I’m very disappointed with this place right now maybe after I see dentist I will fill different but as of now my review stands I will update when necessary
