Dr. Tracy actually cleaned my teeth for a regular checkup. I can't remember the last time a dentist actually took the time to work on me personally in that capacity. It was the best cleaning I've ever received, hands down. It did not hurt one bit, he was very careful and considerate. I've been to so many places that just don't care whether or not you're in pain while they're scraping, flossing, or polishing. My gums will usually hurt for the rest of the day or a few days after. That was not the case here. I am extremely impressed with his skill and care as he takes personal interest in his clients.

I'm 72. Haved lived many places around the world and have had MANY dentists over the years. Some Ok, some real nightmare stuff. This dentist is the best, most communicative, knows his stuff, good hands and professional. Honest. We are driving from Ogden to AF to go to Dr. Tracy from now on, totally worth a 3 hour drive to get good dental care.

Love this Dentist! I broke off a chunk of a molar eating whole cherries (damn pits!) and my prior dentist said the only way it was repairable was to put on a crown, which is of course well over a thousand dollars! (I have no dental insurance) So I went Dr. Tracy and he fixed it with bonding and 4 years later, it is still intact and the tooth has caused me no problems! He saved me a ton of money and is fun and has a great sense of humor to boot! Yes the office looks like it's from the 1960's but he is worth it!!!

There is something off here. And it’s not just that walking into the office is like stepping through a time tunnel into 1990. In addition to the pink and oak decor, their equipment is outdated. It gives me pause; are their techniques also outdated? But there is also the dr’s way of working with his staff. I had 3 or 4 appointments to get some work done. At each visit, he didn’t like the way his assistant did the X-rays and so he always re-did them himself. The assistant kept her eyes down and was withdrawn. In each of my conversations with the front desk lady, Dr Tracy would take over the conversation. Just as with his assistant, it was as though he didn’t trust her to be able to do her job. He took X-rays at each of my 3 visits within the course of 2 weeks, in spite of having done a complete set on my first visit, probably a total of more than 15 images. So like I said, there is something off here. Enough to make me not want to go back.

I am super picky and expect good customer service. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly service I received. Coming from out of state I am used to knowing the office people when at appointments and even when passing them at the store or outside the office scene. I totally experienced that here and my kids all love it. Dr. Tracy even sang as he worked on my 3 yr old. She was only crying because she was ready to get out of the chair. While he rinsed her mouth he sang and she was quiet.
