Timpanogos Dental

Giving 1 star and the only reason for that is because of the assistant she was very nice and assured me that I’m doing great during the appointment. Ok now for the hard part, I’ve never done this before. as for my total experience, Dr. Taylor was professional in explaining my options for fixing my tooth(root canal or pull it)and my cavity. Now let me tell you about myself. I have scoliosis if you don’t know what that is. it is the curvature of the spine (please look it up) so I have limitations one of which is how far I can open my mouth. They did try Propping my Mouth open with wedges, but they were either too small or too big they just wouldn’t work. But if they would’ve had the clamps that would clamp your mouth open I think that would’ve been better, but they did not have this at his facility. So I was forced to try to keep my mouth open as long as possible and as wide as possible but over a long period, it started hurting my jaw and my jaw was getting tired. so Dr. Taylor would make remarks “trying to open my mouth wider and try to work with me” when due to my physical limitations I was doing the best that I could. After the first appointment was done I thanked them and told them sorry for not opening my mouth wide enough for him and explaining about my scoliosis and said sorry again and thank you for fixing my tooth and I will see them on the next visit. On the second visit, his assistant was very nice and I did tell her that I was experiencing a little anxiety before we even started and she reassured me and said “that this one shouldn’t take as long and everything should be ok” and it was going great until I had to keep my mouth open wide For Dr. Taylor to fix my cavity. He was finishing up and got the cavity filled and it was time to do the final adjustments then he stopped and asked me if I wanted to stop right there or have me open wide enough so he could trim the edges of the cavity filling and said “I’m not a wizard” multiple times I said I guess stop be

This place is awful. They don't care about clients they're just looking to get you in and out. Had them tell me I had multiple cavities and needed them filled...I went to another dentist and they said they were very small and didn't need anything done. They're just trying to make a quick buck... I also had to re-schedule an appointment and they wanted to charge me $50 and kept having people hound me about $50 for NO SERVICE. This place is terrible. Choose another dentist there are plenty who are more honest.

Coming from someone with a massive “dentist” phobia, I was quite pleased with my experience here. Rebecca and Dr. Tayler we’re extremely kind, helpful, and efficient. Will definitely return for future dental needs

After some bad previous experiences, having a dentist and staff my family and I can trust is a big deal, and this is definitely that kind of place. Everyone here is kind, professional, and efficient. I always feel confident in their work and guidance.

I’ve enjoyed both of my visits here so far. Some of the most extensive and thorough routine cleanings I’ve ever had. Dr. Tayler is great, explains everything really well and does a great job. I would highly recommend this place.

Office staff is very friendly. I hate going to the dentist because my toes end up hurting from curling them to combat the pain. Jana was amazing I have never had a dentist clean my teeth so well and it didn’t hurt at all. Loved it!! I will be going back every 6 months as recommended to have them take care of me. Dr. Tayler and his staff are A+ I highly recommend them.

My boys and I love Timpanogos Dental. Before finding them, I went to a different dentist every 6 months for many years because none of them impressed me. I'm so glad I found Timpanogos Dental and we've been going there for about 15 years now. When my boys were babies/toddlers I learned that Dr. Taylor and the staff were even better with them than the pediatric dentist (even my anxiety-prone son) so we left the pediatric dentist for Dr. Taylor also. Dr. Taylor and staff are the perfect mix of professional and casual. They seem to always be on schedule somehow even though I feel that Dr. Taylor takes all the time necessary to explain everything and give options. I love that Dr. Taylor is not treatment happy. He'll let us know if decay can be "watched" and possibly avoid a filling or if we can try a filling instead of a crown. I actually found them as a second opinion and they saved me thousands of dollars on treatment that another dentist said I needed. I recommend Timpanogos Dental to all of my family and friends. My sister gave them a try and she's hooked too, driving up from Orem for her appointments.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Tayler for many years. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist! Dr Tayler, and his staff, have a way of making all of their patients comfortable. I really appreciate the way he explains everything to us, and how honest he is. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Brandon Tayler and his amazing staff do a great job, very happy with this dental office. No BS'ing with them trying to up sale and use fear tactics for extra services as other dental offices I've been to use (Platinum Dental and other franchise dental offices). Highly recommend Dr. Tayler at Timpanogos Dental!

Dr. Tayler is easily one of the best dentists I've ever visited. He and his staff are so friendly, communicative, and careful. I had never felt comfortable in a dentist's chair before visiting the American Fork office--and ended up feeling so comfortable with the Timp Dental team that I was willing to spend nearly 5 hrs straight in the chair for fillings one day. If you hate going to the dentist but want to take care of your teeth, see Dr. Tayler. (Bonus: Renee who runs the administration of the offices is FANTASTIC. You'll love her.)

What a refreshing, pleasant and comfortable experience to feel of being in great care and not worrying about being sold, or oversold, to; and message chairs for the exam chairs!!???!!! That’s top shelf! Keep it up Timpanogos Dental!

If you are looking for an honest dentist who will NOT take advantage of you and tell you that you need dental work done when you really don’t need it, THIS IS THE OFFICE TO COME TO!! Kind, professional, takes time to explain things, carries a dental insurance plan for those of us without dental insurance, and honest! So glad I found my life-time dentist!!

I asked for an opportunity to write a review for Dr. Taylor and all of his staff because of the great service they provide. Dr. Taylor always takes time to ask questions, and involve me in the decision making process, so as not to rush into a procedure that may not be the best one, or one that I may not be comfortable with. This puts me at ease and gives me great confidence that I have received the best treatment. His staff are just the nicest people - in addition to being very professional and technically proficient, they always put a smile on my face when I visit, and sometimes even give me a good hearty laugh. I cannot give a higher recommendation. My thanks to them all.

Hands down, best dentist. Dr. Tayler doesn't do more work than necessary, just to get more money. He also explains what he's going to do and why, so you feel confident in the process.
