Beyond happy with the experience at Dr. Collman's office. Called to see about getting a second option with Dr. Collman on a diagnosis I just received due to Dr. Collman being my previous dentist but I moved dentist purely to do location. Today called to get an appointment for a second opinion but I called late in the day & reached their voice mail, so I decided to not leave a voice mail & just call back tomorrow. However, I was pleasantly surprised when about 30 minutes later I received a return call from their office. They pulled my old files I explained my situation & got an appointment scheduled. This is awesome customer service! It's hard enough to get a call back when you leave a voice message let alone not leaving one and getting a callback. I have always been happy with Dr. Collman's work and attention to detail hence why I called him to when I was in need to verify what I had been told.

I had been going to this dentist for years. everyone was very friendly. On one cleaning visit I was notified I had a very miniscule cavity on one of my teeth. The dr. told me it was so small there was no point in filling it at that time. He told me to make an appointment for 3 months later, which I did. Fast forward 3 months, I went in and the cavity was filled. Upon x rays he told me that the cavity was so deep that even after filling it was going to get to my root and then he told me I needed a root canal. I was very surprised. I take excellent care of my teeth and the cavity had been causing me absolutely no pain. I decided to get a second opinion. I went to a different very highly reccomended dentist and they took x rays and informed me that my tooth was just fine and was definitely not in need of a root canal. It has been years since this incident and that tooth has never caused me any pain whatsoever. So glad I didnt waste thousands of dollars on a completely unnecessary root canal.
