It was a great nice place and very clean good people excellent service I recommend it to all my friends

My experience today wasn’t “friendly” or “positive” as they advertise this place. This happened in the South Orem location that is on University Parkway and State St. They had me waiting more than 40 minutes in the lobby before someone called me. When I let them know my frustration about the waiting time, the dental assistant and the front desk employee got very upset at me and acted very rude telling me to leave the office only because I asked them to be more efficient and polite. They were rude and unprofessional and definitely don’t recommend this place. They don’t care for their patients.

Everyone was really nice but getting anyone on the phone in the office is nearly impossible. Really inconvenient when trying to work with a business that you can’t communicate with.

I had a really good experience here! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Jessica, did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and taken care of during my teeth cleaning. :) It was one of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist! I will be back to have my cavities taken care of here as well. 10/10 recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Professional Dental! Dr. Nelson is the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. He listens and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole process. He pulled two of my teeth and it was the easiest/painless extraction I’ve experienced. Dr. Nelson is so personable which helped me feel at ease the entire time. Thank you for helping my mouth with your wonderful knowledge and skills!

Dr Nelson and the staff were incredible! The front desk helped me find the best bang for my buck. The hygienists and assistants worked efficiently. And last but certainly not least, Dr Nelson is hands down the best dentist I’ve been to in my life. He was extremely competent and informative. I’ve had to endure some dentists who don’t realize how much pain they put me in. Dr Nelson was a perfect combination of light precision without feeling like too little was being done on my teeth. I loved my experience and will be a customer for life. Finding a good dentist is crucial and I’m so glad that I’ve got mine!
