I would rather let my teeth rot before I get them cleaned by anyone but Claudia. Dr Adams is just the best. Olivia and Val are just the nicest people ever. Highly recommend this office :)

I had a great visit at Stonehaven Dental. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable in their expertise. I loved Chelsie the hygienist who was amazingly gentle. I highly recommend the Stonehaven team.👍

At first they were great but the last couple of years they've really gone down hill in their service. Staff are impatient and just want you out of there. My previous appointment, I requested x-rays in the usual way. I've been going here for years and having them done a certain way so it lessens the potenial for gag reflex. The hygentist helping that day just gave me a blank look. Apparently all these years and they hadn't bothered to document it. I perfectly described what they do but she still gave me blank looks and insisted on doing it in the way I don't like. I asked her to find someone else to ask and she finally agreed, but not before ignoring me and spending time forcing me to try the other way that doesn't work for me. She came back and said someone else knew what I was talking about but because everything had already taken so long, I would not have time to get my cleaning done. At this point I had only been in the chair for ten to fifteen minutes max! It was her fault for not listening to me or being willing to ask someone else! I insisted I would have my cleaning done that day and she finally relented on that when I asked to speak to someone. Top it off with them cancelling my next appointment 15 minutes before it was time, an appointment that I've waited a month for to get a replacement on a filling that fell out. Which is an emergency in itself, but they didn't care. Totally uncaring and unapologetic, they wanted me to wait ANOTHER month for another appointment instead of trying to accommodate me for their issues of over booking themselves. I will no longer be going to them. Every appointment just got worse and worse with their customer service and I am finally done.

Quick, friendly and explaining in detail what is needed, if you want. I'm sure they'd give less detail of you don't want to hear it, as well. Aashley was particularly great and Dr. Eric. The front reception and scheduling are very friendly as well.

The team is so friendly and flexible, I'm not a great dental patient (always running behind) and they still fit me in. The office is clean and comfortable and everyone is really friendly and welcoming. They remembered me and what's going on with my teeth, this office is the first I've ever actually wanted to keep going to regularly and actually keep my 6 mo cleaning and exam. They work with you on payments and have a great payment package. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

Absolute professionals. I would rather die than go to then dentist and they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. And that is no small feat! I’ve had passed trauma with dentists so it’s nice to feel like “I may just live through this.

Inappropriate contacting of special needs adult Via text message billing after I asked them not to contact him. When I called and left messages about it 2 billing over 3 times they did not return the calls. Then when I made a Regular check up appointment For him they made the appointment and it wasn't until 5 minutes before the appointment that they mentioned he could not attend the appointment. they didn't mention anything about canceling the appointment Until we were almost there. Talked to a supervisor did nothing. I canceled my appointment as well. very dissatisfied With service response and Inappropriate treatment of disabled mentally ill patient. Do not recommend. Communication lacking in all areas. Both to customer patient representative and their call center that makes the appointments is not connected to the actual office which is a recipe for disaster such as the one I experienced.
