My husband had been told by other dental clinics that his top front teeth could not be fixed and he would need implants. When we came to Provo Dental they said they would be able to use existing tooth pieces to build up and put crowns on them. This saved us so much money and time plus they were able to save those teeth and they are doing great in getting the rest of his mouth fixed. Everyone there that we have been around has been very nice and helpful. Highly recommended

I wish I could write a positive review but I unfortunately had a really negative experience with Dr Gary. I felt like my patient autonomy was violated and Dr Gary was nothing but defensive about it. Long story short, while doing another filling Dr Gary replaced a different filling that I had explicitly asked him not to touch and charged me full price for it. When I realized what happened Dr Gary didn’t make the slightest attempt at an apology, and instead got defensive. Then when I came in to have the replacement filling adjusted (it was hitting super hard), I asked Dr Gary if he could explain what the adjustment would cost ahead of time, because I had had a negative experience in the past and he replied “Oh you’re THAT patient” and then proceeded to not answer anything about cost and just started working on my mouth. The adjustment was free and felt good at first, but it continued to hit hard. His office staff did reimbursed me for about $30 , but this was a fraction of what the unwanted filling cost. I originally wrote this in 11/21 when I had this experience, but decided to take some time to cool off and see how my tooth felt (especially with the other overwhelmingly positive reviews). I am just barely able to eat chips again but things like almonds, hard candy, etc still hurts too much. Wish I could at least give 2 stars for quality of actual dental work, but all in all I just had a really really negative experience.

Dr. Kevin Wiest & Pam performed my exam & cleaning. It was wonderful, however Pam could have been a little nicer. I felt comfortable at all times. The nitrous Oxide helped tremendously with the visit. Dr. Keven was very warm and friendly, I felt safe with all their preventative Covid protocol at all times even before I entered the office with hand sanitizer outside the office to use before entering. What an amazing experience!! Sharron at the front desk was very friendly as I talked to her and set up my 6 month check- up and cleaning appointment!

They are working hard to keep up with my periodontitis, and even when I do a poor job of keeping up, I feel good about how they talk to me. It is up to me, in between appointments to brush and floss.
