I unfortunately have had to have several teeth removed over the years even though the doctor had to cut my tooth into 3 pieces to remove it he is the only one that has helped me without killing me needless to say everyone here was wonderful I do need the see a specialist next then I will return to continue my care here

I have to tell Everyone & Anyone who is apprehensive about dentists or whose anxiety goes "Through the Roof" just thinking about making an appointment. Come to this office of Pioneer Valley Dental. This is Not an ad or gimmick. I Am one who has had horrible experiences, (plural) people. I get tears just thinking about calling to make an appointment. Now that I've been here it's not so difficult to make that call. They Are Awesome! Two different doctors and the same careful, patience and attention to making sure I was comfortable and numb and relaxed Before the work started. They have plenty of tissue for me and my emotional state. You won't regret going to visit with the people in this entire office. From the front desk, all the way to the exit desk. They even had a program that helped me when I first went there and didn't have insurance. Their consideration was Beyond regular customer service. I've only stopped going because I moved out of state, but I've already considered making my 6 month appointments and family visits at the same times so I don't have to try to find another dentist withe compassion and caring they have here. My granddaughter, in her twenties had the same anxiety from horrible experiences with dentists. She would cry as the appointment came closer. I had her go here ans she thanked me over and over. Little by little her anxiety also stopped being so severe. Seriously. Make the call. You will be extremely pleased. 😊😆

After a year of visiting a couple other places due to wanting my slight chipped tooth fixed everyone mentioned they wouldn't do it as I should get a veneer to avoid chipping again in the future. Having a perfectly healthy tooth turned into a veneer just didn’t seem necessary. Ive had many horrible experiences in the past which has left me terrified of sitting in a dental chair… I finally headed over to Pioneer dental as they had incredible testimonies. Had a consult with them and got my tooth looking amazing again was such a simple and easy process. Youd never know it chipped! I wish i went in sooner! I love that they will work with any insurance and are very communicative during the process.

I remember going to Pioneer Valley Dental when I was in elementary. So when I needed to find a dentist, I remember Dr. World and I had good memories seeing him. So when I needed to reschedule after years of seeing Dr. World. Dr. World was unavailable. They scheduled me with Dr. Blackhurst. Dr. Blackhurst was friendly, patient, and professional. He made me feel just as comfortable as I was with Dr. World. Today, I needed to replace my temporary crown with the permanent crown. He was just as friendly and you can tell he has experience based on the question he ask and adjustments he made to make sure the crown fit. My gum didn't need to be numb because it didn't hurt or feel uncomfortable when he put the crown on. My crown feel just as comfortable as the old one it replaced and they were able to complete the appointment quicker then I thought. Overall, it was a good experience as I remember.

I’ve been visiting Pioneer Valley Dental since the early 90s, and for good reason.They have been consistent throughout the years, providing a warm and welcoming environment; to not just me, but everyone I’ve referred Dr. World. The service from the hygienists is excellent and comfort is always a top priority. The in house membership makes it affordable without insurance and the billing department is very easy to talk to, if any questions arise. I fear the day Dr. World retires, but I know my teeth will be taken care of, at Pioneer Valley Dental.
