I went in and I was told that I needed 4 crowns. Years later I get better insurance and go to a different dentist, I only needed 1 crown the rest were just cavities. I now have all my teeth fixed and I will never come back here, I can't stand cheats and liars 😤

I called four times once Wednesday and Thursday of this week they never picked up just today. They texted me to let me know that they’re closed until Tuesday.

I had a poor customer service experience that cost me money with this office. I decided to pay the debt related to the experience rather than spend the additional time and money it would take to fight it, but I feel better at least sharing my experience publicly. I’m sure within signed docs when getting services, they have sections that allow for this type of situation, so it is likely irrelevant to question the legalities. - I went in over a year ago for a checkup after having tooth aches and being referred by my insurance provider to make sure I was covered. - I had an appointment for a dental cleaning at a later date but called and let them know my wife just received the results of a positive covid test, so I was under quarantine. My memory is not great from that long ago, but I believe it was the day before the appointment. They agreed I should not come to their office - Over a year later I received a phone call from a collection agency saying I have an unpaid balance due over $100+. I advised this is my first-time hearing of this. I had a checkup last year and had insurance, so I was unaware of any bills due. It turns out they had my old apartment address (without the apartment number) that I was still in for a few months after having the checkup before moving to a house. I told the collector I’d like to get the billing info from the dental office and don’t feel comfortable discussing this on a call that came in without me being able to confirm the source - I went into the dental office, the person at the front desk told me multiple times if the collection agency has the file, then she will not give my any info or have any discussions with me. She was very polite about it though and gave me the phone number to the collection agency so I can call them directly - - I called and was able to get a copy of the invoice emailed (they already had my email address), but I made it clear to the collector, and the dental office, that they have my insurance info, my p

To start off, the staff and dentist are both really nice! But I have had some issues here! Well, I needed some mouth work done due to missing teeth and after getting a second opinion from another dentist and other options I have to say although Dr. D is good at his job, he DEFINITELY cares more about the money than the patient and will lit your pockets on fire if you let him! I admit, the mouth work he did was okay, but I’d rather see a doctor who cares more about the patient and not ways to make him wealthy! So I definitely won’t be returning to this place!

I called before closing and they refuse to answer. You can see the call time and when I posted this. Horrible service before I have even reaches them. Even sent me texts saying I reached after business hours, which is an obvious lie.

Great dentist who cares about his patients very much, doesn't give any unnecessary pain and is very patient and understanding. Great dentist for anyone scared to see a dentist!!

I was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist after a previous dentist visit with someone else. Dr. Davidson took my concerns and feelings into account.and made sure I did not feel any pain. Seriously one of the best dentists out there and I will always return to him.

My husband had a dental bridge placed here and the staff and provider are wonderful. Very caring and nice. They did a wonderful job. 10/10 recommend!

Dr Davidson makes going to the dentist easy and painless. Amy is so personable in setting appointments and making you feel welcome. Erika is gentle and efficient making the appointments quick and easy. Thanks for being so reliable.

Need a great Dentist? Premier is the best! Everyone is always so wonderful and welcoming! They are great for emergencies and routine visits! I can't say enough about how wonderfully they have treated our whole family!

Premier Dental didn't just cure me, they helped me understand why my health is important. Dr. Davidson, Ericka, and Amy are a great team at Premier Dental. Going to the dentist is hard enough, but this team explains the process, and each of them make you as their patient a top priority. Affordable, honest, and exceptional dental care!

Been using premier dental the past 3-4 years and they’re always very accommodating to my needs and not up selling me anything I don’t need. The customer service is phenomenal the entire staff including dental assistant, Dentist is great. The best thing is that they’re always quick to get me in and out quick. Will continue to use them for their fast friendly service.

I had a tooth with a cracked filling that was causing me a great deal of pain. I was able to get in quickly and get the problem addressed. Dr.Davidson and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Davidson has a unique technique that he uses to get you numb. I have had a lot of dental work done and I have to say that that he is definitely the most gentle dentist out there. Erika, his assistant is great at making you feel comfortable! If I could give more than 5 starts I would! Premier Dental Care certainly offers platinum service all the way around.
