I called to get my 13mo old an appointment for her 1st dental check up as recommended by the ADA. I left a message and was called back, was instructed to fill out new patient form then wait for call. Waited a week. Never heard back. Called them. We basically played phone tag for a month. I called and left messages and my message was never answered in a timely manner. When I finally did get an appointment for my daughter it was the next day. I was pleased with this. I changed my whole day around to accommodate this appt. The day of the appointment I was called at 930 am by a lady informing me that that it is their policy to not take patients under 4 years of age. To say I was frustrated was an understatement. They made this appointment with me KNOWING that my child was 13mos old. Then they wait until the day of, after I changed my whole schedule around to let me know this policy? Mind you I have messages from their staff stating that they knew my child was 13mo old, plus that form I filled out. Seems like a pretty basic policy, if they actually have such a policy. Why doesn't all staff making appointments know this? They cannot blame it on the person being new either because I had more then 1 person call me back and leave messages when we were playing phone tag and I always said the age of my child. I wasted over a month of my time calling them for this appointment to have them cancel it. I will never bring my child to this dentist. Highly unprofessional Edit: I did just recieve a call from an employee who was very apologetic and kind. Granted it was over a month later, but it was still nice that they reached out. I'm happy that they read their reviews and are open to correct their mistakes. Of course, since it has been such a long time in between, we have already seen another dentist, but the apology was thoughtful and sincere.

I started out thinking i was going to have dentures, Doc said no way that he can save my teeth. Doc and the team created a plan to save my teeth. My kids have been going to Dr. Valley since they were very small. His hygienist staff is absolutely the best and amazing with children. The kids enjoy going there to see Dr valley and “the girls” as they make us feel like we are welcome and a part of the Cloud Dental Family.

I am Very thankful for cloud dental an there team for getting me in for an emergency tooth extraction even though they are very busy low on help! Also i don't remember a thing an am healing very well!

I went in to have four extractions, two of which were wisdom teeth. I was very nervous but was put at ease when i got there. When he started the extractions he explained what he was doing and it went relatively quick and easy. At the follow up my mouth was healing very well and it wasn't nearly as painfully as i thought it would be. Very happy!

I could not say enough good things about Dr Vallee and his staff! Britney at the front desk is always so nice and is always so patient when I ask to many question! :) Missy and Julie are amazing with their patients!!! They always make me laugh and are amazing with our kids as well! Dr Vallee is a great dentist, always thorough and helps you under stand what he’s doing! I do not recommend this office for wisdom tooth extraction as they do not provide ANY PAIN MANAGEMENT AFTER SURGERY. They are not upfront about that, and I am one week post op and have yet to sleep a full night. I understand the crisis of opioids, but there are other medicines out there to help aid in comfortably healing other than taking the max dose of over the counter Tylenol. As someone with other health issues that were ignored, taking Tylenol and Motrin several times a day isn’t an option on my body and I just have had to sit here in pain. I wish I would have researched, because while the nurses/receptionists were nice, it feels like a “tough it out” method to surgery. I paid entirely too much money to have to hear from every family member/co worker/friend, how my experience sounds barbaric in comparison to their own. I highly recommend going somewhere else for wisdom tooth removal. I will not be returning and I’m honestly so angry at myself for not researching further. It says on their website at the bottom under wisdom tooth removal, “take your medicine as prescribed for better pain management” - which is misleading as they very specifically told me AFTER surgery that they do not prescribe medication for pain management. Do not be fooled by this, and please go somewhere else.

Did a great job on extracting two teeth, I felt very little pain and it’s healing up fast. Staff is very polite and friendly. Definitely going back to get my top wisdom teeth pulled before they become a problem! Highly recommend this Dentist!!

I had to have what I considered major dental work and dentures as well. I sought out the services of Dr. Remy Vallee as I had seen him many years ago and was very pleased. Well this time as before, he was beyond exceptional. I had to have 10 teeth extracted, and I felt NO PAIN WHATSOEVER!!. O must admit I was nervous with all that had to be done, but within 2 hours everything was done and I actually wanted to cry at the relief to know it was all done and I ciuld once again smile and not be in pain. I highly recommend this Dr. to anyone needing dental care. Even his assistant was very professional and highly courteous.

DO NOT USE CLOUD DENTAL. Caution to any new patients. I was using Cloud Dental for a wisdom teeth extraction. I was advised prior to scheduling the appt and followed up before my procedure that the insurance would be covering any costs related to these extractions. This was a new insurance plan. I made the appt for when insurance would be active. I had to pay $1500 up front the day of my appt, which was told to me would be paid back by the insurance company. I have waited several months with no contact from office nor insurance. I contacted Cloud Dental in June/July to find out that insurance would not cover procedure due to procedure being done while insurance was “active”. I spoke with Cloud Dental office manager to rectify issue, Dr. Vallee wanted to make the situation right…. 2 months goes by, and this issue is still not fixed. I called 2 weeks ago, to find out nothing will be done and still no resolved issue. Office lacks communication.

I started with Cloud Dental after a bad experience with the last office deciding they weren't taking my Ins. any longer. Cloud Dental has fit me in quick to take care of issues that should have been delt with differently at the other office. Cloud Dental is out going to help beyond what is asked of them. The staff is courteous & willing to help where they can. They're very caring and gentle to make sure your ok. Thank you everyone at Cloud Dental. And thank you Colchester Dental for being so bad that it directed me to Cloud Dental.

I've been going to Dr. Vallee for nearly 10 years. The staff is very personable and friendly and always makes me feel welcome. Dr. Vallee has been fantastic. He is quick, efficient, and enjoys chatting when he can. Highly recommend Cloud Dental.

I have been going here for 15 years. Melissa Lambert is THE BEST dental hygienist I have ever used. She remembers my preferences and is very accommodating .

Everyone is super nice here and they do a wonderful job!

Edit. The previous post was not by me and my account was being used by someone else. Dr Vallee is an amazing Dentist and I could not refer someone better then him. Dr Vallee called me and fixed the problem I was having personally and that truly makes all the difference. It was an issue on my end with insurance which is why I waited so long for a check in the mail for insurance verification for an initial first visit. Times are tough and money is tight so I initially took it as not getting my money but Dr.Vallee fixed that and we are moving forward. Thank you Cloud Dental for fixing the issue and working with me to get money back in my hands.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now along with my son. I have to say it’s the best dental office I’ve ever used, especially with my son whom was always petrified of the dentist until we came here. They’re all professional, courteous, caring and most importantly they do an incredible job. I live in Burlington so I have other options. But I’d much rather travel to their office where I know I’ll be treated the best! Would recommend them to anyone. I’m grateful to have found them. I’d give 100 stars if I could.

I've never liked going to a dentist until I started to come here, they are nice people who actually want to help! They genuinely care about their patients

I am a returning client, after switching to a dentist closer to home. The other dentist did two fillings for me, one fell out and the other was still sensitive. Once back at cloud x rays showed the other dentist never completed the filling on the sensitive tooth and damaged a filling that dr vallee from cloud had done. Today Dr vallee repaired the filling the other dentist damaged and the filling that had fallen out and the entire process was a treat by comparison to the other dentist. I Am enormously thankful to be back and will never go to anywhere else.
