I usually dread cleaning appointments, because hygienists can be so stern and judgmental. Tatiana, however, was the opposite of critical, while at the same time being very competent and thorough. She complimented me for my care and understood my limitations due to Sjogrens and other autoimmune conditions. In fact, she was more knowledgeable than many doctors. The highest praise for Elevated Dentistry of Charlottesville, for the dedication, congenitality and great skill of Dr. Nicholas Bottorff and his staff! Two days before Christmas (2022) I broke a molar that had a thirty-year-old onlay. Dr. Bottorff returned my call personally, asked about the details of my situation, reassured me and gave wonderful instructions on how to care for it until the appointment, which he generously and graciously set up for me for immediately after Christmas! The warm, beautiful decor of the offices is easy on the eyes and gives an almost spa-like atmosphere that is a far cry from the harsh, bright lights in hospital style. Dr. Bottorff and Alexis worked swiftly and expertly throughout, with attention to every detail, while also checking on my comfort and reassuring me. Great people. Excellent care in every way.
