I have never had a more positive experience. I’ve never been very good with the Novocain process. Usually it hurts pretty bad no matter who administers it. When I tell you I felt nothing during all of it, I’m dead serious. Dr. Pham is gentle and emotionally empathetic. I won’t see anyone else now.

Dr Pham is aweful!!! N very impersonal!! She lies and only cares about money!! I truly miss Dr Becker❤️..he cared about his patients and had Integrity!! She has none and doesn’t explain anything!! I’ve encountered her twice!! And both times..the same arrogance and lake of concern for her patient!! The sad part is the fact that I’m a medical professional as well!! N I would Never treat a patient as she has treated me!! I wouldn’t recommend my dog to her!! She lacks compassion! I don’t think she knows what that is!! If I had to take a educated guess…I definitely think she’s a Racist..n has no bedside manner!! She blew air n a broken tooth I had..after she lied about my last visit!..then said I needed a root canal without even looking into my mouth!! Don’t trust her!! She’s only concerned with money and she’s a racist!!…

I had planned on signing up for the Wellness Plan. I asked if the price was still $369.00 and she said yes. Then she said that if I signed up for the Wellness Plan she would have to add $50.00 for this. “This” being a sheet of paper she had in her hand. I had only brought $400.00 so I had to change my plans. She handed me the sheet of paper and told me to sign it. It said periodontal maintenance. I do not need that from here. I go to the Periodontist for periodontal maintenance. I signed the sheet of paper and paid for the periodontal maintenance because I needed to go in to get my exam and x-rays that I came for. I didn’t think to ask what would happen if I didn’t sign the sheet of paper. I paid for the exam and x-rays on the way out. It’s no big deal; it’s just a funny way to do business. Everyone there is very nice and I like the Dentist a lot.

I think I’ve visiting this Dental care for almost 2 years or maybe more and Staff are always really friendly. I still feel that they really care about you and your dental concerns. Front desk and insurance lady are really good explaining little details about how insurance work with the bill and all that. Good experience on my every visit. They are awesome !!
