Best dentist ever! Just had my first appointment today. The ladies at the front were so nice and helpful. I have a hard time writing and the blond receptionist woman helped me fill out everything! Everybody there was laughing and seemed like they enjoy being at work! I will definitely be back!

I might be loyal to a fault when it comes to my primary dentist because what will I do when she retires !? I’ll travel to ANY location just for Dr. Clark to put that steel in my mouth and watch life flash before my eyes ! Lol Although the last visit left me numb longer than usual and the light glasses were useless, I recommended bringing your own blackout googles. I can’t see me going anywhere else for this high level of treatment. I would’ve given the place 5 stars but it’s WAYYY to small for a big dawg like myself. We need SPACE ! I also love the staff here, they’re extremely witty, energetic, & family oriented.

Dr. Horace, was amazing! He was so gentle, explained everything as he was doing it, and when I tell you there was NO PAIN, I mean zero pain! They even put jazz music so you can relax! And talk about a 5 Star assistant, Crystal is it!! She made me forget I was at a Dentist office. Overall great experience and now I won’t be scared of the dentist and finally take care of my teeth! The most unprofessional place ever!! First day I went the system was down so I had to come another time then that time they had me in the chair over 2hrs getting x-rays of my teeth then I had to come in for a filling they never told me about a copayment so once I got there they expect me to pay some money that I didn’t know about.

This place is so disgusting from the waiting area to the rooms all the way through...The staff was friendly that’s all i have to say nice...but i walk out before they did anything...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

This was the best experience I ever had and I am 30 and have been to many. Not only is the staff helpful and the sweetest but the dentist himself was nice and the procedure was done very fast yet done well. The dentist is sweet and the numbing part didn’t even hurt! Never communicated clearly about the work they were going to do, then screwed up while doing it. Years later and 3 of my teeth, which they completely hollowed out for no reason at all, still cause me pain from time to time. The dentist who came in and did the work was in there alone and didn't even say a single word to me, I'm not even sure if that was an actual dentist.

Everything was great until Dr Allen left in December 17. I paid about $700 for a crown that came out. Immediately called them and they scheduled me an appointment for the next day at 10:30. The receptionist calls me at 8:15am the day of to advise me the dentist is sick with the flu and I would have to reschedule. I found another dentist to be able to take me today and I called them back asking could they by chance reimburse me for having to go somewhere else. Of course I was told No. But what really bothered me was she had lack of empathy of my pain. It wasnt like I was going for a routine teeth cleaning. My crown is dislodged and my tooth exposed causing a lot of pain. I didnt want to go another day in agony. She was so rude and over talked me the entire time. They will never get another dime of mine on the account of poor customer service on the receptionists behalf. To be treated the way I was it appeared as if she matched my frustration. Dont go to Warwick Dental because they truly do not have you in any regard. Missing multiple days of work in my line of business I cannot do. Ive already made myself flexible to take off today to get it done. So I expected the courtesy of being taken or at least some type of compensation for having to go somewhere else.
