Front gal has ZERO compassion! AVENUE DENTAL in Everett ❤ cares worth the drive. Lost my trust out of the gate!

BEAWARE on the bill details. I was charged way more than the BOE statement from my insurance company. And I have contacted this dental office several times to go through the bill details, they told me they would send me the refund by check, but I have not received the check. then I had my insurance company contacted this office, same story that this office said again the check was sent. Then again, I have not received the check. It was March 2022 that I was over charged, as of today (Dec 2022), I have NOT got the refund check. This is really unethical business practice. How could their billing department not know there is a big discrepancy on what the insurance covers and how much is the patient responsibility when they received the BOE from insurance company .

Amazing office from start to finish. The building is beautiful and their equipment is new and well set up. Everyone I met was absolutely lovely. Dr. Ruben was very informative and happy to answer questions and made certain I was informed about my teeth. I have a lot of dental anxiety, but I could almost forget about it due to how friendly and pleasant people are here. From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the doctor I felt like I wasn’t just an annoyance and that they wanted to help me. I’m very fortunate to have found such a wonderful place like this while traveling.

My visit with the dentist was great, he took care of my issue with my Teeth, and made me feel at ease. Additionally the Smokey point dental office is a beautiful state of the art dental facility.

I went to have two teeth pulled today Dr.Avery is the best by far dentist I've ever been to I have really bad anxiety when going to the dentist among panic attacks he made me feel comfortable and listened to what I had to say and he acknowledged my feelings

Dr Ruben is an extremely competent dentist. He makes perfect treatment plans that are well-thought and effective!

This dental clinic is awesome. I was in with a bad tooth (so painful) - it needed to be pulled right away. The clinic staff were all wonderful. They understood completely that I am in a bit of a pinch due to being unemployed during this Covid-19 pandemic. They helped me to decide the best course of action at a cost I could afford and never, even for a moment, made me feel bad because I didn't have a lot of money or any dental insurance. The respectful way I was treated means more than I can say. I highly recommend them for any work you need done!

This place charged me 29.00 for them to do nothing. They gave me a referral to a different dentist offic if you wont to throw your money away and waste your time go here to get no help.

I am not a person that goes to the dentist but I was in so much pain I made and appointment here at 8 to 8 and am so glad I did. Such wonderful people and they treat you just like you’ve been going there for years. Highly recommend anyone that needs a dentist to go.

I'm old, I've had plenty of cleanings, never had one nearly as painful as that.

It’s been a while finding a dentist since moving from Maryland but I feel confident this is the right dental office. Dr. Yang was very careful and thoughtful during the exam. She explained everything. The support staff was helpful and friendly. They all helped me and feel like I can recommend them to others.

Reasonable pricing, beautiful, clean office, quick to get in, and great care. I got a tooth pulled earlier this week and didn’t even need Tylenol after. The job was so well done, and so fast. In addition I had a previous dentist tell me I had a tooth that needed pulled, and this dentist filed down the rough edges from part of that tooth being broken, and saved the tooth! I appreciate the willingness to provide care instead of just lining their pockets. (I don’t have dental insurance, so this is especially important to me!)

If I could give this place more stars I would! I had a tooth extraction which, unfortunately, turning into dry socket. My dentist was out of town and he advised me to find and emergency dentist to look at it. I am very nervous and picky with dentists... but with other good reviews I called 8 to 8. I could not have been more impressed. They are so gentle, reassuring, informative, and they saw me right away! They are extremely affordable. Everything was beyond stellar. The assistant Becky, was also amazing. She knows her stuff and has excellent bedside manner. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!!!

I am not a fan of dental offices in general and I absolutely adore the crew at 8 to 8 dental in Smokey Point. Dr Ruben has been amazing in helping me on my journey to better dental care along with Jordan assisting him. Barbi in the front office is so incredibly helpful in setting appointments and expectations that work for my crazy schedule. Altogether, the team at Smokey Point have changed my outlook on dental care and have shown me that dental work does not have to be the stressful endeavor that I have hyped it up to be while making me feel comfortable and at home in their office. Thank you so much!

The entite staff is friendly and communicates what they are doing. They make the trip to the dentist enjoyable

8 to 8 is clean and efficient with quality staff who are kind, patient, and put you first. Calmed my fears and even gave me blankets when I was cold. Service with a smile. They make it affordable and give you a desire to come back!

I hadn't been to a dentist in a very long time, unbelievably anxious about going, but I had a broken filling and the pain was too much. I'm glad I chose 8 to 8, the staff is great, I was given my options for treatment and never made to feel like I picked the wrong one. I'll continue to go here and would definitely recommend.

The service was Amazing! Walked in with out an appointment at 8 am on a Saturday morning with a bad tooth ache. Within an hour i was seen by the dentist and fixed up with a plan to get my tooth feelin better. They made me and my two kids feel very welcome and they were genuinely concerned, which is not the norm these days.🖒
