Great staff. Clean office. They are always professional and care about the people that come in, they are also great with the kids.

I came to this dentist after not having work done on my mouth for over 3 years. I knew there was some issues that needed to be addressed quickly. All of the ladies from the front and the back are so nice! Dr. Bahn is very careful and knowledgeable. I needed a tooth extracted and they were able to fit me in right away! Throughout the extraction I felt very little to no pain. Constantly Dr.Bahn was asking me if I felt any pain and if I did he would numb me up even more. He is very gentle with his patients and takes very good care of them. The atmosphere in this place is incredible. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone needing a dentist!

Awesome dentist. Everyone there is super nice. They text reminders about appointments and are always quick to get back to me when I have questions. Had to have a crown done when I first saw them and now get scheduled every 6 months and have had no issues. They give goodie bags out the door so I basically never have to buy toothpaste or floss lol. And the staff are great people to be around in an otherwise uncomfortable experience (getting your teeth picked at). Would grab a beer with anyone in that office 😂

I've been coming to Pacific NW Dentistry for a few years now and everyone at the office is so friendly and so great at what they do. I used to hate coming to the dentist, but Pacific NW definitely changed that. :)

The staff here is wonderful, the are very professional and friendly. My son who has anxiety & panic disorders is very comfortable with the Dentist and Staff at Pacfic NW Dentistry. Growing up he had a bad experience with a dental tech that covered his mouth to keep him from crying and told to stop acting like a baby and he was scaring others in office.

Dr. Banh and all of the staff are amazing. The receptionists Victoria and Jaime are very kind and good at thoroughly explaining everything and the hygienists Cierra and Gaby are so gentle and take their time making sure everything is perfect. I was nervous establishing care at first not having been to a dentist in quite a while but they've made all my visits and experience wonderful. They are on top of everything. So grateful to have been recommended to his office. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Our original dentist is located in Seattle and we moved to Auburn about 7 years ago. We have been searching for a potential new dentist/dental clinic so we don’t have to drive too far and I’m glad I found Pacific NW Dentistry. I immediately scheduled an appointment for my husband after reading the good reviews as he had an availability first and told him to let me know what he thinks about his whole experience before I schedule an appointment for myself. He only had good things to say about his whole experience—and I second that from my own experience too. From scheduling an appointment,communication, and having the procedures we had done, everything was great! Victoria is really nice, friendly, and a great communicator. She helped me schedule the appointment that I needed before my insurance expired which helped a lot. Dr. Banh and Gabby were great and made me feel at ease and comfortable the whole time. I especially love the ambiance and how the type of music that you like is part of the new patient questionnaire that they have you fill out—i think this is a great idea and it helps :). I have been to many dental clinics too and this place by far has the most hi-tech and modern equipments that I’ve seen in this kind of setting which is pretty cool. The office is clean and they also assured us that they sanitize and clean everything after each patient visit which is a huge factor, especially from a healthcare professional’s perspective and from everyone’s I would think. I usually don’t do reviews but I had to for this place and the staff. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to establish care or transfer care like us, you won’t regret it. I bring my brother in who is an older man and has always been afraid of going to the dentist. Dr. Banh is very understanding and takes great care in explaining with photos and images for my brother and myself to understand what can be down and our options with such care and kindness. I highly recommend Pacific NW Dentistry.

As a healthcare worker myself, I would highly recommend Pacific NW Dentistry for anyone who is needing dental work done! Dr. Banh and the whole team provide the highest quality patient care that anyone could ask for. Victoria, who is super amazing, was able to schedule me in on short notice to see Dr. Banh for a tooth and gum pain situation that I had going on. After having such an amazing experience here, I decided to come back and get my crown done that I needed. Dr. Banh and Gabriela made all my procedures painless, informative, and fun! I feel at ease coming here and can’t wait to get future dental work done from their amazing team.

Absolutely the best dentist I have had thus far. I've had 3 dentists since I was 3 years old - my first having retired when I was in high school and therefore I had to switch a few times after. I had extreme mouth pain caused by newly receding gums as well as a couple chipped fillings that happened during my pregnancy. I went to 2 dentists to address my concerns however both were unable to treat the issue with my teeth sensitivity from dentin exposure. Through Dr. Banh, I was able to learn that my teeth have an odd genetic anomaly that exposed a small portion of my pre-molars on the side, where there is no enamel protection and therefore caused extreme sensitivity to cold and hot foods, even semi-cold water, and regular teeth brushing. Both the other 2 dentists I previously went to said there was nothing they could do even though I was able to research and find out there are some temporary methods available to help ease the pain (i.e. dental sealants). Per my husband's recommendation, I decided to meet with Dr. Banh. They were able to get me an emergency appointment the day after I called expressing my concerns. From there, Dr. Banh went over my x-rays (2D and 3D) as well as taking actual pictures inside my mouth to investigate and help explain what could be happening. He has incredible bedside manner and really takes the time to listen to your concerns and gives you the best possible option(s) with the least amount of physical trauma being done to your teeth. Thanks to his recommendations, I was able to get some temporary dental sealants applied (sealants lasts ~2-3 mo depending), and I felt IMMEDIATE relief after having dealt with this for 3+ weeks. I am FINALLY able to comfortably eat again thanks to him! I definitely plan to continue seeing him for all my dental needs/cleanings, and have already recommended my family and friends to transfer to him as well.
