I am a new patient and have had an amazing experience as a patient here. The dentists are so gentle and do great work here! Highly recommend!!

Never in my life have I been to a dentist where I've felt like I mattered more. Starting with personal security and ending with a follow-up message asking how I'm doing. Dr. Corie and staff were professional, kind, and informative. Their receptionists greated me with smiles ensured I wasn't in any immediate pain, and checked me in. They asked simply that I verified who I was and I was seated with minimum wait. Their staff was polite and they made sure to check in on me while they were doing their work. I can't stress enough how many times this hasn't happened before. I will definitely be back for more routine work and would recommend them to anyone.

I was a patient since this practices inception in the 70s though it was sold a few years ago. Today I arrived for my semi annual appointment and the employee asked if it had been awhile since I’d been in—um shouldn’t she know? I said 6 months—she wanted to photocopy my drivers license which I wasn’t comfortable with (lots of news stories about security breaches.) keep in mind this was the first time I was told of this so o wasted 2 hours driving as they refused to bill my insurance with out copying my DL I did show it and the employee looked but not good enough—this appointment was booked 6 months ago and they spring this on me at the appointment-very bad business! I always paid at time of service any copays-already changed dentist and the new place didn’t even need to see my DL! Protect your identity as the are personal assets! I was told both Dentists agreed on this decision today too. Update in response-I showed my driver license and iHIPAA rdoes NOT require a photo copy kep by dentist —the 1st rule of medicine is do no harm—you could easily accidentally harm your patients by collecting storing photo of ID

It's always a great experience. Even after I moved to the South Sound, I continue to make the trip North, which is 100 miles, round trip. 5 stars!!

Always have a good experience here, I got some fillings the other day that messed up my bite a little bit, I called late last night and got an appointment first thing that next morning. I wouldn't go to any other dentist if you want your work painless, quick, and friendly

I just had Dr. Corie replace the crowns on my front teeth. Her entire team did such an amazing job. Dr. Corie was extremely thorough and made sure I was happy with everything along the way. Her kind and compassionate nature is so relaxing. Everyone I have come in contact with at Brookside has been so friendly and made me feel welcome. You can tell they really care about their patients. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

After having OK experiences here for a couple years, Brookside decided to cancel an appointment 20 minutes prior to its scheduled time. It takes me an hour to get to this dentist, and after having sat in traffic for 40 minutes they decided to call me and cancel my appointment. They require a patient to inform them with advance notice for a cancellation, and likely charge if its missed. Brookside should be more thoughtful in how they schedule their patients early in the morning, and perhaps not fully book so early in the day so they can ensure they will be adequately staffed. Patients should not pay the price (literally after going over a toll bridge...) for their inability to accurately staff their office.

I receive excellent care the by Dental Technicians and Dr. Steve. They treat me with concern for my comfort while I’m there for procedures and cleanings, and are quick to notice anything that may be an upcoming issue. The technology at their office is cutting-edge and I can get a crown placed in one appointment- that means so much!

Convenient location and a super friendly staff. Glad I’m a patient here.

I’m so happy to see my front tooth back. Mary, EFDA did an excellent job restoring my tooth. I couldn’t tell that I had a filling. Dr. Steven had also reviewed her work to ensure that everything was in place. It was very professional, and I thank them very much.

Dr. Corie and Dr. Steve are fantastic! They made time to see me on very little notice for pain in my tooth, which I really appreciated. I've been back there now several times for various services (cleaning, filling, etc.) and everyone at the office is professional, kind, and very good at what they do. Several of the hygienists have been there for over a decade. I wasn't happy with my previous dentist and am so glad I switched - I highly recommend Dr. Corie, Dr. Steve, and their fabulous staff at Brookside Dental!
