Check in through checkout was a flawless experience. I was able to make an appointment online and fill out all my information digitally. Someone reached out to confirm my insurance was accepted. Finally was able to show up without requiring to fill out any forms. Got my cleaning done, and was able to schedule my follow up appointment. Everyone I talked to was nice and caring. Everything went super smooth.

I just moved to the area and found this office as it’s conveniently located in the neighborhood. All the staff are very nice. This is the first time I found a dentist who patiently explains and shows detailed images of my teeth. Normally I’m terrified of the dentist but after visiting Lakemont Family Dentistry, I feel much more at ease and would definitely return again.

This dentist office was recommended to me a number of years ago, as a very good, very gentle place to go. I have so appreciated the care that I have received over the years and genuienly like the dentists. They update their equipment frequently and keep up to date with procedures. The receptionist is also terrific. She is kind and gracious. Without my asking, she explained my insurance which had changed this year without my knowing, and helped with suggestions on additional dental insurance. Her help has proven very valuable and I am very grateful. Everyone in this office is excellent.

I highly recommend Lakemont Family Dentistry. The entire experience from scheduling the appointment to the receptionist to the hygienist and doctor was nothing short of excellence. I was greeted warmly upon arriving and the wait was timely. The hygienist did a thorough job with the cleaning and made sure to scrape, buff and shine every tooth. Dr. Kim was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She came for a quality check at the end and didn’t try to rush one bit. She clearly cares about the patient and works hard to make you feel comfortable. I would recommend 100% to all my friends and family and look forward to my next cleaning!

I have heard many neighbors who have bad experiences from here, most are getting pain after treatment even months later, including my daughter.

I did a simple filling for one of my teeth, and now, after more than 6 months, I still cannot chew hard food with that tooth. Not to mention how sensitive it is with cold water still. I think they did a poor job on the filling, which is too close to the nerves. I'm not giving a star review because overall they provide good services with great manners.

Dr. Park and her entire staff are super friendly, professional and competent. She once drove 3 hours into the office on a weekend to fix my broken crown! My highest recommendation!

Everyone in this office is so cheerful and pleasant to deal with. I have been with Kathryn who is my hygienist for years and she is simply the best one handling my oral care. Dr Park is very sweet and helpful. Dr Lo is also very kind, courteous and he is our family's new favorite dentist. Kudos to this wonderful team!
