I’ve had bad experiences with fillings at a previous dentist causing some dentophobia. They did a great job numbing and making sure I was comfortable during the whole process.

I tried unsuccessfully to go here. I even filled out the papers so they could get my records transferred from my pervious dentist. They got my info transferred. I had an appt. They called and cancelled. I finally got re booked - now I'm going to be overdue for a cleaning...they CANCELLED the second appointment...they said they text or email to re schedule...I NEVER heard back from them. I emailed - they replied oh, you're not on my re schedule list... GOODBYE. I'm going to find a NEW dentist. Thanks for NOTHING! I'm now way overdue for a cleaning...this is NOT the way to retain customers.

Lady on the phone asked if i was vaccined! How is that ok!

We just moved to Bellingham. My wife phoned Barkley Village Family Dentistry to inquire about establishing service with them. The receptionist responded that they are not accepting new patients at this time. My wife then asked if they could make any recommendations where we could get services locally. The reply was that this is not a good time to find a new dentist. Is there possibly any response that could be less helpful, more dismissive and less caring. I honestly don’t believe there could be.

All round excellent practice. The front office is efficient and friendly. The dental techs are caring and skilled. The dentists are real pros. I've been going there for 6 years and always had top notch service. I'm very grateful that they are still able to make their services available during these times of pandemic.

Tried to become a new patient , but I guess I didn’t meet the qualifications to be a patient at this dental office . I get covid is an issue . But what’s the point of having dental insurance if your office only accept referrals from the dentist themselves or staff.

This is a family operation. If you wish to see a quiet, dark and comfy dentist, you will find one. If you wish one that has laughter, friendly chatter, great cooperation and concern for each other this is the place. Professional, friendly, bright and cheerful. They all look after each other and help each other in a spirit of common good and success. Open, bright and can I say, fun?

After recently moving I was in desperate need of a local dentist for an emergency and the staff at Barkley Village was very kind in seeing me for a same-day appointment to start addressing my problems. I've had many poor dental experiences in my history and need some special accommodations but the BVFD team was very kind and communication was clear and compassionate, easing my stress. Everything in the office and was well organized for covid protocols and safety and I never had any extra stress due to current circumstances. I won't say I'm looking forward to the further work I need to have done, but I'm no longer dreading it as I have in the past and that's a very big thing for me. Thank you BVFD.

My partner is a disabled Navy vet, and they were so kind and understanding of his needs. They worked with us and made him feel supported and appreciated. The staff are wonderful and caring, and they do great work. My mom is a dental hygienist, so I'm picky about who I see. I can't recommend them enough.

Everyone there is great! They are gentle in cleaning my sensitive teeth, and check in during procedures to make sure I’m doing ok. They are great with our kids as well. I’d recommend to anyone for cleaning or procedures

My new hygienist is professional and sweet . She sincerely and honestly told me which area I had neglect with brushing. I was in the dental professional field for decades so far she is the only hygienist didn't compliment my teeth but give me an advise. It's just me, I like to hear the truth and I appreciate nice dental work. A year today my hygienist is on her honeymoon leave. Congratulations to her ! Today I had a different hygienist , surprisely he did a very good prophy on me as well; thorough, gentle , neat and thoughtfulness with his verbal instructions throughout the cleaning process. Nice bunch of dental hygienists are working there!

Heidi is a great hygienist. Very thorough and conscientious. My back was hurting and she found an extra pillow for my back - much appreciated!
