I have an extreme fear of dentists but, I felt so at ease at Cheney Dental Care I got a cavity fixed and got my teeth cleaned and checked. It was a very good experience and I will go back. Everyone was so nice. Kudos to Dr. McDonald, Debbie Camp and Terri for making me feel so at ease and comfortable!

I have been with this dental office for 23 years. I have had crowns and cleanings every 6 months. Excellent work, affordable plans for uninsured patients. Friendly and professional.

Had my first experience with Cheney Dental Care this past week, and it was probably the best dentist visit/experience I've ever had. I had Terri as my dental assistant, and I could tell how knowledgeable, experienced, and genuine she is. If the rest of the crew is even half as sweet and skilled as her, then you're in good hands at Cheney Dental Care. The receptionists are also kind, swift, and helpful. I was running just a few minutes late, but I was seen with no delay and received excellent care. Not only were my teeth thoroughly examined, but I was provided amazing education to help better care for myself and my teeth. Looking forward to seeing Terri again!

This office has always been super accommodating to my needs and the hygienists are wonderful. After years of dental anxiety I finally found a place where I feel comfortable and happy going in and knowing I'll receive the most gentle and supportive care out there.

This was genuinely one of the most comfortable and inviting experiences I've ever had at a dentist. As someone who has major anxiety going into a dental office for many many reasons, the staff here made me feel welcomed and made me feel safe the entire time. I have a crazy schedule that changes rather frequently and they were able to work with me regardless of my frequent requests to change it and never once made me feel bad about it. This is hopefully the only dentist office I will be visiting in the future ☺️

Beware! Horrible office staff. They are accusatory, rude and have horrible customer service. The often cancel or change appointments last minute, however when you cancel they make sure to document it in your chart. I always gave ample notice when I have had to reschedule appointments. Allison is a kind and wonderful hygienist.

Cheney dental care is the best!!

I found Cheney Dental care from a google search due to being a student in Cheney, Washington, away from my home dentist and dental office, but having an emergency and needed a tooth looked at. I called them as a non-existing patient and they scheduled me the same day to look at my tooth. I made them aware of my fear of the dentist and the minute I walked in the door, the front staff greeted me with a warm welcome. The receptionist told me before she checks me in she was going to make sure the dental assistants and doctor read over my dental concerns to make sure I was comfortable as possible. The dental assistant and Dr. McDonald introduced their selves and did everything they could to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. They explained everything they did step by step. Although they didn't complete any work, it was just a diagnosis, I felt as comfortable as I have been in any other office than my normal one. They offered to do the work I needed done, and told me to reach out if I needed anything else. Dr. McDonald tried to make side conversation to make me comfortable. I highly recommend this office, and Dr. McDonald.

I called because I had an on going tooth ache with lots of pain. My first phone contact was great. Very very nice folks. They were Genuinely concerned with a weekend coming up, I got into the office within hours. The techs were very nice and knowledgeable. The doctor was great, explained things clearly and discussed the Plan going forward. The billing was explained and I am looking forward to my next appt in a few weeks. I very much appreciate the kindness I received!! They are great folks. I would definately recommend them!! Debbie lindamood

Cheney Dental Care team is awesome! As a new patient it can always be nerve racking but I felt so welcomed the second I walked through the doors. Their team took excellent care of me and in such a timely manner. They were all super sweet, caring, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend and I am grateful they are my new dental office!!

Every step of the way the Doctor explained and Drew pictures. He tells you what he is doing and why. For someone with a real bad history with dentists this is wonderful. Nicest bunch of people in the office. always say hello and are smiling. I would recommend Doctor Andrew Martinsen to anyone. But especially to those that have had a bad experience with a dentist in the past.

Great practice! Friendly, professional staff, and Dr. Martinssen is an exceptional communicator and excellent dentist. And the new addition to the practice, Dr. Macdonald, will undoubtedly make visits to the dentist even more pleasant.

Always have a good experience. Both doctors Martinson and McDonald are great professionals, so are hygienists and assistants. Especial shot out to reception. Misty is the best! . I plan to keep them :)

I have the utmost faith in this dental office. Every dentist & every employee are top of the line. They all treat me like family. GOOD CLOSE FAMILY. I wouldn't go to any other dental office!
