I extend my sincerest gratitude to Dr. Ferguson, Kayla, Jade, Jaz, and all the other staff who kindly assisted me with my urgent situation. A molar of mine had developed an absess that I could not manage any longer. After leaving a message on their easily navigable website, I received a call from their office in a surprisingly minute amount of time and was informed that I could be seen immediately. The care, friendliness, professionalism, and the staff's dedication in helping me explore the options for proper treatment was the best experience I've ever had in a dental clinic bar none. I was absolutely floored by the commitment and outstanding service that the staff provides to their patients and the welcoming environment the clinic provides. For those who need dental services, I certainly recommend Avanta Dental and their hard-working staff.

I would not recommend Avanta Dental to anyone. I came in for my 6 month cleaning and exam as a new patient. They explained that I needed a "deep clean" and that it would cost extra. As someone who travels for work, I have been to multiple dental offices and had multiple deep cleans, but I have NEVER been charged extra. I kept telling the Front Desk if it was going to cost me extra that I just wanted a normal cleaning. She went on to say my insurance wouldn't cover a basic cleaning because my periodontal chart numbers were so "high." I felt unheard and talked down to. I immediately left and called my insurance company to explain the situation. The insurance rep thought it was a little fishy too that they wouldn't do a basic cleaning. After reading other reviews on here it is clear they really push these "deep cleans" so they can charge extra. It's very unfortunate to see a dental office taking advantage of patients.

I had a good review for these guys, but stopped going to them when I found out they weren't appropriately checking my dental insurance. Instead, I ended up wracking up a huge bill and 2 to 3 years later they sent me the bill and it was almost $2000. I had always kept up my bill, would re-arrange things if I couldn't afford to pay what they said I owed at the time of visit, to keep my bill under control, or at least I thought I was. & I work for healthcare insurance and have a very good understanding of it. Don't go there, they are not honest about their billing.

The staff is great especially Jasmine. She took care of me and made sure everything ran smooth during my visit.

I’ve been really scared of the dentist and the front desk lady, jazmine helped make me feel very comfortable. they were really nice to me and professional! Feels really comfortable place to be in when you are scared of dentist 😬😁

My husband was so scared to go to the dentist, but jazmine at the front made him so comfortable, and also gave him a teddy bear. He felt so good he was way less scared! He also felt way more confident when talking to the dentist. He finally got braces even though he’s been scared. I don’t normally write reviews but when staff including front of house staff go above and beyond to make my husband comfortable with one of his biggest fears I feel I must!

Let's make this simple, I've had nothing but great personal experiences on a personal level with the staff here. Emily, Trinity, Bianca, Jasmine & my primary care provider Dr. Ferguson. I've had 4 dentists in Ellensburg over the years and I've finally found the right staff and the perfect Dr. Always welcoming with smiles and having a good time never a dull moment here.

Amazing service! I was attend by the sweetest and most kindness receptionist Jazmine Benitez! She was able to get me in super quick, heard amazing things about her hard work! I would absolutely go again with her great service and sweet kindness! Shes doing a great job and hope to see her there many times more!

Very friendly staff. Able to complete a filling on the same day as a cleaning and x-rays without scheduling a new appointment. Explained everything clearly and professionally.

The staff got me in quick. Very clean modern office. They were very good communicators. I originally wasn't interested in Invisalign wanted to go off brand to save money glad I did the consultation with the dentist since he identified a hx of teeth grinding and very uneven bite that was causing muscle tension headaches and would have caused more future problems.

Super nice place! I came into here one day for a appointment about invisalign and they used all of their highest quality dental technologies for the appointment. I saw how advanced their technology and realized they were the real deal. I praise them on their ability to set people at ease during dental appointments with all the services they provide for you. The invisalign process was done smoothly and efficiently. The staff here at the Avanta Dental of ellensburg office are the best of the best. They help me achieve a smile that can shine brighter than the sun. They also help me with dental goals and needs as well. 11/10 will always remember to floss
