Ellensburg Dental Care

I'm constantly telling people I have too much fun at the dentist's because of my experience here. Past experiences with dentist offices have made me weary of prioritizing my dental visits unless there is pain involved and it was a relief to finally go to a dentist's office where I faced no judgement and was treated with respect. Dr. Hernandez and Jill (along with other staff members) were kind, patient, funny, and vital in my journey to return my teeth to a healthy state. Thank you for being a facility that I feel comfortable returning to in the future and for putting my needs first. After numerous visits and getting to know this team, you couldn't put your care in better hands.

Hello, this place would not tell me how long they are booked out, the receptionist just said they needed me to with come in to fill out the paperwork first before making an appointment, or fill it out online. I asked for the website and she said "it is the first link when you type in Ellensburg Dental Care". So that was no problem, I got to the website after the call, but there is no option to fill anything out online. There are only PDF files that are scanned peices of paper that don't even have fillable fields to fill them out and print them off. So the receptionist who could not tell me the website, also was lying about being able to fill out paperwork online. Maybe she was trained to say that. This all happened and I no longer feel the need to fill out paperwork to schedule an appointment. I read the other reviews, and the owner seems as neglectful with the rest of the business as well

Jill and nikki.... Treat people poorly. They should remember that patients are there for a purpose not to be talked DOWN to made to feel incompetent, they would rather aurgue with a patent instead of getting supplies needed for the exsame. To hover over a patient making them feel threated- yes i was threated!!!-there and called names by the staff and said derogatory remarks to me for un able to move fast due to my disability. If she would have just did her job instead of yelling in my face in front of everyone she caused a show, not me, she remarked about how she remebered me and it made me feel like she did everything on purpose. As i read other reviews i see that this isnt just me its others too! To lie about me while i have a witness and of just left me alone and let me have my appointment instead of trying to be a controlling overbearing person. And treat me bad while making the situation esculate when i simply asked to move forward with the exsam. She said no i want you to leave. Leave right now over and over with out an explanation i was in shock. Wow. Oh, and i still havent heard from the superviser. This time we will be taking this farther. its definitely not ok for her to of done this to me today.

Dr. Jackson is wonderful! The male assistant needs to be more gentle and slow down.

My appointment started right on time. All the staff were courteous and very nice, the dentist was very informative, knowledgeable, professional, and told me all the possible choices to facilitate my treatment plan. The check out person was great an explained the various charges for the different types of treatments. All in all, everyone was absolutely terrific!!!

Staff brought me in to the exam room within five minutes of my scheduled appointment. The assistant, Jill, was professional, efficient and friendly. Dr. Hernandez came in and examined my teeth, again, professional and friendly. All in all, a very good first impression and similar to other good dental experiences I've had over the last 65years. No B.S., no pressure to up-sell unnecessary dental work. They seem to be real medical professionals.

Staff was courteous and professional. There was no long wait before being seen by staff.

My teenager went in for a filling, she was treated kindly and with respect. She really liked Dr.Jackson and appreciated his concern for her comfort level throughout the procedure. We love the care we receive with cleanings as well and appreciate the assistants as well.

Our daughter was excited but shy coming in and, even though she stayed quiet throughout the experience, I could tell she was responding well to the technician. I so appreciated the care and attention we received.

It seems to me they pick and choose who they are nice to. They make you feel like your in boot camp.

My time in the chair was actually fun, despite having a tooth extraction. Dr. Jackson & his Assistant, dang, I wish I could remember her name, were so nice (and funny), I would recommend them to anyone, they were awesomeness today!

I so appreciate their help. I don't care that I have to drive 40 minutes each way to be seen. They are the best people to have be your health professional when it comes to teeth.

Everytime I've been, everyone has been very helpful, pleasant and professional.

The entire staff is absolutely amazing. They are very attentive and compassionate, greeting every client with a sincere smile and a warm welcome. They handle stressful situations with an admirable ease. I highly recommend this office.

Just the worst. Scheduling wayyy too far out, then canceling the day before appointments and rescheduling months out!! Highly recommend looking for another dentist!

SERIOUSLY!? I have had a hole in my tooth since SEPTEMBER OF LAST YEAR. I scheduled my appointment and they didn't have anything until MARCH.... when I finally got in they refused to fix the tooth I needed fixed and filled a different one... then scheduled me for April 19th for another filling... again the wrong tooth.... I called and insisted they do an extraction because I've been in pain for 6 months. After they tried to convice me otherwise, and ignore the real problem I was seeking to fix, they finally agreeded to it..... BUT TODAY (the day before the extraction) THEY CANCELLED MY APOINTMENT AND RESCHEDULED ME FOR JUNE!!!!!! THAT WILL MAKE 8 MONTHS OF DEALING WITH THIS. I am livid and in still in pain. STILL. I JUST WANT MY TOOTH REMOVED. HIGHLY recommend you seek out a different dentist office! Absolutely no reason I shouldn't have gotten the tooth that has been giving me trouble fixed the first time! 🤬🤬

Great service, freindly, and very professional

I was treated kindly and the staff was efficient and thorough. My hygienist was hurried and caused me pain without noticing that I was uncomfortable. I requested a different hygienist for my next visit.
