I've been anxious about dentist appointments since I was little, but they were very kind and understanding. I'm looking forward to getting my smile fixed with them.

First time there was a excellent experience everyone was extremely nice and the hygienist and Dr were very informative and great

This dentist is hardly ever open, the dentist is out of town more than he’s at work. The staff were rude to my sister and should learn not to have an attitude with patients trying to schedule an appointment. Go literally anywhere else.

Never answer the phone and I had to show the X-ray tech who was probably on the job a month how to place the films in my mouth. Only open Tuesday 8 to 5 at kennewick location and can only schedule at one location. Dental insurance will not cover other locations even though the doctors/ staff is the same. We have great coverage through the school district but this is nuts. Currently, I am at the front desk writing this review and have been waiting at the front desk now 20 minutes and not a single person has come to the front.

Every time I come here I'm waiting at least a half hour past my appointment time. Those who check in after me, are in and out before I've even been seen. I waited a half hour past my appointment time today in the waiting room, and then another half hour in the chair.

First, I want to say I love the staff and the Dentist! They are amazing! However I have been rescheduled twice for a cleaning and now My calls are not being returned. Why are the staff split between 2 offices? It seems a bit counter-productive to me. If my insurance wasn't such a pain to deal with I'd change to a different company. I really am struggling with scheduling! This is kind-of a pain.

Great customer service! My father in law was in so much pain and they helped him in no time. We decided to book our appointment too.

Been going to this office for over 2 years and always had a very good experience with staff and the providers. Recently scheduled a cleaning for myself and wife for back to back appointments. That appointment was canceled and rescheduled for today. No problem, I understand things happen. Left work early, and hit a little traffic. Was rolling in the parking lot and exactly 9 minutes late when the phone was ringing. Unidentifiable female from front office was berating us for being late while my wife was already inside to check in. Was told that only one of us could be seen. Asked if this person was a manager and what the late policy was. She was not a manager and did not answer about late policy other than continuing to say that the hygienist who would be cleaning our teeth would not be able to see us both even though my appointment was one hour later. Think they wanted an early start to the long Labor Day weekend. Needless to say, the actions of some front office staff have a negative impact on the entire office, and they have lost two dedicated customers with insurance by the way. (I stayed with my dentist for over 50 years in California before moving to Kennewick). In this day and age of COVID and people losing their jobs, etc, I hope the manager/owner of this office sees this feedback and addresses this lack of customer service!

Dr. Juan Ramirez and staff are the best! Most painless dentistry I have ever experienced, and that’s saying a lot in my 66 years. I highly recommend! I’ll keep them as my dental provider as long as I am able!

They still sending us bill after 2 years , we paid each time and they send us another , and no response or helping from the staff to decrease or find out what should do , very bad experience
