I’ve been going to Creekside since I was a teenager, and I never had a bad experience. Everyone is so nice and respectful, and the doctors are very informative. Barb, my hygienist, makes sure I am comfortable and she is very sweet! She explains what she is doing/is going to do so I don’t get anxious, and so I am informed about the process! I love Creekside.

•Affordable Meets Luxury• Phenomenal Experience every single visit. I have been coming to Creekside Dental for several years now. Originally a good friend was one of their hygienists. When she needed to relocate across the country, there was no question I would be staying as a patient at Creekside. The staff, hygienists, and Dentist are all stupendous at their jobs. I am no stranger to dental work, and have had some traumatic experiences in my past. Never at Creekside. I often leave feeling refreshed. Keep in mind I’m a preschool teacher so my bar might be a little low… still hear me out: Creekside’s patients needs are at the forefront of their minds at all times. They offer complimentary pillows, stress balls, aroma therapy, blankets, noise canceling headphones. Anything that helps put you at ease. I have had two root canals with Creekside. An experience that can easily leave you feeling despaired. I walked out with out a single issue and actually enjoyed my morning. I know! Never thought I would say that after a root canal. Dr. Bennett is sympathetic and compassionate when it comes to any concerns you have or concerns he has. I have never been pressured to get a procedure done. He worked with me so I have had a great long term plan put in place to work with my finances and my insurance. I appreciate how he will sit an answer every concern, question and even engage in small talk to calm any nerves I have. My husband, on the other hand, is not a talker. Dr. Bennett seems to just know what each patient needs during their visit. He gets quick to the point, no small talk. It’s wonderful to know he works hard to understand each patient and their individual needs. They are one of the most Affordable dental offices in all of Tri Cities. Trust I shopped around, they do not price gouge you on a single treatment. They never “up” sell you products or procedures. They never suggest any procedure that isn’t necessary. That isn’t to say they don’t have the extra “stuff”,

After recently moving to the Tri-Cities area I was recommended by my family to come to Creekside Dental. I can’t say enough about what an amazing practice this is! My first appointment was fantastic! Eddie made me feel so welcome and comfortable (they even offered a comfort menu) Then I got to meet with Dr. Kalsi. She was so friendly and informative! The whole visit was pretty much perfect! Today I came back for my cleaning, Barb was my hygienist. She was so kind and gentle! I can’t say enough about what a wonderful staff they have! I have been a patient of Creekside Dental since July of 2013. Since I retired about 5 years ago, I no longer have dental insurance, but Creekside has given me a discount for paying cash up front, and I am grateful for that. However, for a discount now, the option is to pay monthly premiums for services I do not want. I am sorry to see the discount for cash policy rescinded. I have always had a lot of fear and apprehension about doctors, so I only have dental work done when I have a problem. I recently had an appointment to have a tooth prepared for a crown; a piece of a filling had fallen out of tooth #15. My stress and anxiety grew when I had been passed off to a new doctor that I had never met. This doctor was hard for me to understand, and she came across as quite matter-of-fact. My blood pressure was taken 5 times, with 3 different instruments; 2 times the instrument used reported an error. I was informed that to be given the local anesthetic my diastolic blood pressure needed to be below 100. The last diastolic pressure taken was 104. When I asked what my options were, I was told I would have to come back when my blood pressure was lower. I asked the doctor, ‘what about the hole in my tooth’, and she told me that she was not concerned about it. That did not set too well with me. I understand that today companies need to have CYA policies, but being turned away left me feeling quite disenchanted. I asked if I could sign a waiver, but was told no, and that I needed to see a doctor about my blood pressure before my tooth could be repaired. I said that I have no doctor, and don’t do pills; and that I would not go to some emergency care facility to sit around with a bunch of people to see a doctor. As I left, I felt quite dismayed, but to Creekside’s credit I was not charged for that visit. It is with regret that I am resolved not to return, as I do not need this sort of added tension in my life. I suppose this might be a job for JB Weld ;)

I have been a patient for over 15 years, and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bennett and my Hygienist Barb! Max wait time from the moment I arrive to sitting in a chair is always 5 minutes or less. Barb goes out of her way to ensure that I am comfortable at all times and explains each step along the way. Everyone is always friendly and smiling. Dr. Bennett is very thorough and takes the time to explain anything and everything. And in this day and age he's not afraid to shake hands! :) Anything that isn't covered under insurance is fully explained ahead of time. I have other family members who have switched to Creekside Dental and have been glad they did. I can't recommend them enough. A big thank you to the entire staff for always making my trips to the dentist non-stressful!
