I had a wonderful experience for being my first time with them. Honestly the best dental place in town! Front desk, dental assistant’s where every nice and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Tin and his assistant did a great job! doing my cleaning always made sure I was doing okay through the process. The friendly staff are great here. The place is modern and clean. Loved the dentist he was upbeat and friendly. He went above and beyond to take real good care of my son. He's a football player and Journer in high school. He plays defensive end. Well he busted an important tooth out and did some serious damage. One root canal here we come. called to make an appointment and was asked if I had any concerns about my teeth. I simply stated I might have a cavity and they wanted to schedule me for an emergency appointment. I am not in pain or anything, its just a little dark spot on my tooth that could be staining. I even told them if I could just have a regular appointment since its not painful they stated its how state insurance works. I'm assuming they're trying to get as much out of my insurance as possible.. since emergency appointments and regular check ups are charged separately on insurances. What if at any point in the year I do need that dental emergency insurance coverage? but they used it up on a simple non-painful cavity appt.
