Kirkland Family Dentistry

I broke a crown while on vacation in Seattle. I texted the business as directed by the website and I received a call in less than 5 minutes. They were able to schedule me very quickly (within an hour!) and the process was well explained. Billing was also a seamless process & their admin staff seemed to work really efficiently together. I called more than I should have and needed more clarification and scheduling help than most- they weren’t put-off at all. I have pretty bad dental anxiety, even WITH nitrous and other prescription interventions. I write this review because I’m seriously considering traveling halfway across the US for routine dental work with this practice (specifically because of FAITH the Dental Assistant!) she did an excellent job of explaining what was happening (smells, sensations, durations, etc…) to put my mind at ease. She was affirming but not patronizing, gentle yet productive and genuinely considerate which I think is more of a gift than a learned trait. I waited a long time to go back to Seattle and breaking a crown was a huge wrench in my plans- but it could not have been handled better elsewhere. Also grateful for Dr. Acosta and Dr. Choi - both super efficient and explained the processes thoroughly.

This dentist saved my teeth. After many different dentists told me that I needed veneers on my front teeth, the dentist here was able to fix what I hated with a few small fillings. I was able to avoid getting my teeth shaved down. I moved to Los Angeles about four years ago, and still fly up to Kirkland just for my dental visits. I will never go anywhere else.

I have been going to Kirkland Family Dentistry for years, they are amazing! The staff is so warm and friendly. They are also wonderful with kids— my 4 year old daughter got her teeth cleaned for the first time and the staff made it “fun” and so easy for her! Needless to say, she loves the dentist now! If you need a life long dentist, this is the one!!

I love going to the dentist!!! Said hardly anyone at all except me!! At Kirkland Family Dentistry, I feel like a rockstar VIP. Everyone is so friendly and warm and professional. I can feel that everything is state of the art and of the highest quality and most cutting edge technology and education. Everyone from office staff to assistants to the dentists really care about all the details and my utmost experience and health. I also appreciate how communicative they are about what they are doing and if there may be a little sensation & making sure I am comfortable. Many staff members have worked there for years, even decades, which to me is a sign of a well run organization who cares for their people and it shows and I value that. I highly recommend kirkland Family Dentistry. I wish all my medical and service providers had their values and level of care.

I think this is the first time I've ever made sure to go out of my way to know the names of everyone so that I could write this review. I hate going to the dentist and I have avoided going for 4-5 years...whoops. Either way I made an appointment here and went today. It was the best experience I've ever had. The dental assistant Shannon was the kindest person ever. Even though I had and have a lot of work to be done, she was so caring and positive. She was extremely quick with X-rays and explained a lot of things with my teeth via photos that were taken. She spent a lot of time making my teeth perfect. Once I met Dr. Choi I absolutely adored him. Very caring and understanding. Ashley at the front desk was also kind. I just rambled forever but wanted to make sure that I shared about this place as dentists that you WANT to make sure to come back to are hard to find. So thanks so much everyone here!

Best Dental practice around! From the warm greeting when I walked through the door, to the super quick service, followed by Faith and Dr. Choi providing excellent service repairing my chipped teeth. My teeth look better now than they did originally. Thanks for everything KFD!

I had a pleasant experience. Xrays were done fast. They had pulled up my previous history already. Pretty seamless experience. Staff was really nice and friendly.

I have been going to Kirkland Family Dentistry for years, and have only had the best time. Becky is a fantastic hygienist, and all of the dentists have been personable and thorough. The front desk also runs a tight ship and thankfully texts me when it’s time for my annual checkup (shoutout to Sherri!) Would highly recommend

Today I was a patient at Kirkland Family dentistry where I came in for a crown build up. I was pleased with the professional and excellent service I received from Enrique, Neary and Dr. Choi. A huge thank you to the staff for making today experiences amazing.

Enrique was awesome at explaining my current care needs and concerns as well as giving insightful information. Dr. Acosta was great at explaining my dental care plan and what she thought was the most critical needs for me. Ashley was fantastic and very informative regarding payment and options. I appreciate the honesty and willingness to answer all my question. Had the best experience I thought I would never have when going to the dentist!:)

Had a great visit at Kirkland Family Dentistry with Becky. She was awesome at advising me on Candid for aligners for my teeth. I'm now halfway through the process and deeply appreciate all of her guidance and wisdom. Very happy with how my smile is looking so far.

If you want dentists who listen to you, go elsewhere.

High quality dental care. I have come here regularly for cleaning and check ups for the past 5 years. They are efficient and get me taken care of quickly which is great cause I don't love spending extra time in the dental chair. If my teeth have any issues they explain what needs to be done and can often get it taken care of in the same visit. I've also done Invisalign and had night guards made here which has noticeably reduced issues with my teeth over the years. Everyone is polite and friendly. I feel like I'm being taken care of by family every time I come in.

Look no further than Kirkland Family Dentistry! Dr. Choi and his team here are the best in their practice. They made me feel like family and at ease when I was a bit nervous to visit a dental clinic. Took care of all my needs and made my teeth feeling like new in a comfortable environment. Never going anywhere else. 5 stars all around!

I’m terrified of going to the dentist. My tooth broke on a Sunday night. When I searched for emergency dentists in the area, I found the text line number. Within 15 minutes of texting in, I had an appointment for 8:30 the next morning. The staff was professional, upbeat and comforting. Highly recommend.
