First visit back to the dentist in awhile after not having insurance. Everyone was very welcoming and informed. Cleaning was very efficient and information was communicated clearly Thank you Dr. Zou, Kathy, Carmen, and Nicole! I'll definitely be coming back for further dental care.

I have to give 1 star for several reasons: 1. I came to this place for regular cleaning every 6 months since 2022, today I went to my appointment and was asked to do X-ray and deep cleaning immediately without any checks on my teeth. When I ask why, they checked my teeth saying my gum has bleeding and inflammation. Exactly same thing said during my last visit, and I’ve never been told I need deep cleaning during my last visit. 2, I said I wasn’t prepared for deep cleaning today, maybe next time. Tracie, cleaned my teeth in 5 minutes. One layer of toothpaste, then rinse, then floss, then rinse. That’s what they called regular cleaning. 3, They convinced me to do X-ray, and I was told this way they’ll have a plan for my teeth cleaning. Then without Dr reviewing the Xray, I was handed a sheet of what to do for next appointment. What’s the point of Xray if the Dr. doesn’t look at it? I don’t understand. 4. Their X-ray machine freeze all the time, basically you have to do several times to make it on the computer. 5. Every time I was there, I was told my gum bleeding. And Tracie will say the way I floss is not right. I moved to Kirkland from Irvine in 2022, I never have any of those teeth problems before when I go to my dentist in Irvine. I’ve always make it to my regular teeth cleaning every 6 months. Now I have all kinds of teeth problems just because I moved to a new place and visit a new dentist. Basically, many things said and done at this place don’t make sense to me. I won’t come back anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I just want to share my honest thoughts and experiences to people looking for a new dentist, hopefully this will be helpful.

I love Thomas Dentistry! Tracie is my usual hygienist. It might be strange to say, but I enjoy my teeth cleanings here. They are so easy and, as far as dental work goes, as comfortable as they can be.

Great dentist! I came after Covid for my first checkup and cleaning, and ended up needing to have some childhood crowns replaced. During the process they were very thorough, even once getting a crown remade to have a perfect fit. One of those visits came in under the estimate. I appreciate the care they take in their practice. The staff are always nice and fun to talk to. Since my first series I’ve come here for over a year and have always had great experiences. Still need to floss more but the dentists and assistants are super nice about it! Also have great reminder system, and are very patient and thorough when working on insurance issues.

Dr. Thomas and his team have managed my dental care for over a decade and I couldn't be happier with how I've been treated. Highly recommend coming in to see him for anyone in need of dental care.

This was my first dental visit and I must say they were definitely unorganized as their X-ray machine kept freezing the images delaying my appointment and they’re not put together. The manager Carmen told me I was going to have to pay a $70 balance. Which I completely agreed on no problem. I got a bill for $140 and was never told I had a $50 co-pay on top & they don’t use silver filling so I had to pay extra for a white filling. I was not told about any of these extra charges. The manager Carmen hung up on me over the phone without trying to fully explain everything and was very rude to me. I would not recommend this dentist because they are not truthful and they want you to pay double your bill so please be careful.

Everyone is very kind from the start. I have high anxiety dealing with my teeth and dentists; and everyone was incredibly helpful and informative! I'm really happy I found this place for my smile needs!

Went to that office last year to get a crown on implant and Dr. Thomas did the ugliest crown possible. Shape and height looked completely different from natural tooth I had in that place before. He did not even try to fix it. This year my new dentist confirmed that the crown should have been done completely different but now Im stuck with this crown for a while because it will cost a ton to re-do it since that is a dental implant crown, not just a regular crown. I guess I missed the first red flag when they said they do root canals and extractions too. Of course, why even going to roots canals specialists and oral surgeons if You can get a “buffet of services” at Dr. Thomas! Also Molly at the front desk is the rudest receptionist I ve even seen, billing office could not get the numbers right and overcharged me for about $800 then refunded but can this office be more unprofessional and thirsty for money?!!

Highly recommended. Everyone is so friendly and it was a great experience. Great nurses and Dentist.

Forget those annual “Best of” awards; this is the best dental practice in Kirkland.

Very incompetent doctor dr. Thomas is after money. Don't believe anything he is saying. Other doctors are all recent college graduates with no experience. Don't trust them. Get a second opinion or just go some place else get your teeth done.

Friendly, professional high quality dentistry. I made this observation two years ago and it is still valid. I can't imagine going elsewhere for dental care.

Best dentist I’ve ever been to. Not only are they prompt and quick but they walk you through your care clearly and explain the how’s and why’s. For once if feels like having an office that has a comprehensive plan for me rather than me checking a box every year. The hygienists are empowered to spend time with you and even book appointments with them right in the chair. Could not recommend more.

Clean, friendly, and on time. Their staff took very good care of my teeth and were always very pleasant. Definitely recommend Thomas Dentistry!
