Went in to get my denture repaired they ran my insurance and said it would be 400 out of pocket. I was loosing my insurance so I figured that would work,being on a fixed income I would make it work. Even 1 week before they were done I was told 400 dollars until I went to pay and it was over 800 feel like I was totally lied to

Dr.Berry does great work. And the whole team is amazing and very supportive. I work in the dental field and opted to have them do my work rather than the office I work at because of the quality. Shawna helps you get insurance and is flexible with payments so you don't need to wait until you can afford it. Thanks guys!

By far the best place for all dental work. Dr. Z did my 2nd set of dentures. Wow what a difference from the 1st set I got from Allen dental. I can actually enjoy eating steak now. Very, VERY happy! Shawna the receptionist is awesome! Dr. Barry is an absolute gem. This place does EVERYTHING. My son was traumatized from our previous dentist. Took him here, they worked with his anxiety and did such a great job. I'm so happy with everything they've done thus far. Will not go anywhere else! Definitely recommend.

I have had extensive dental work done here the last two years. Everything from scheduling appointments, teeth cleaning, fillings, as well as major procedures (mine included capping the entire top row including two bridges) are done with the utmost professionalism and care. I could not have asked for a better team!

Waited for almost an hour 😩 for my appointment

I called them for a tooth pain and got appointment the same day. The dentist was super helpful and unlike every other dentist I ever visited, didn't try to lure me into unnecessary tooth filling or what not. Honest and professional organization all in all. I'll be going there for my next dental visits.

All of the staff at Concept Dental from Shawna at the front desk to Dr. Berry and Dr. Z were amazing! They handled me and my dental anxiety with compassion, empathy and the utmost respect. They called to check on me after my oral surgery and have not wavered from the wonderful customer service from beginning to current.

I have been going to Concept Dental for over 15 years and choose not to go anywhere else, even though the commute from my home to Lynnwood is getting more and more difficult All the doctors and dental / office staff are the best. They are professional/caring and treat me with great respect. They are able to schedule my appointments at times when the traffic isn't so heavy. She was very polite and patient with me .She did her work in a professional way quickly and concerned with my issues. She even cleaned my night guard and made the next appointment for me.

I know a dentist can be a personal decision. For me, my initial decision was based on insurance coverage. I went to a great dentist on the other side of town, but because my insurance carriers were changing constantly, they ended up not covering me. So I found Concept Dental. When you drive by (great location) you might think they only do dentures and cosmetic dentistry. In fact, they do everything! Dr. Barry is great - the front staff (in particular Shawna) are great - in fact she's REALLY great. The hygienists are all super nice and well trained. And Shawna will absolutely find the best way to interface with your insurance which is something I HATE doing. So give them all call, they do cleanings, fillings, crowns, and anything else you need.
