Everyone here is very knowledgeable and very quick to help whether it's financial or whatever services needed to suit each individual patient. The clinic is very clean, fresh smelling and bright. You couldn't pick a better place than smiles dental! ❤️

I visited this clinic because it was closer to my house than my old dentist. After my first appointment I knew I just wanted to finish the cleaning and get back to my old dentist. The hygienist asked me my ethnicity and made comments of stereotypes of what Filipinos eat. It made me uncomfortable. She would say “Filipinos eat so much fried food” and other phrases similar. I would nod along because I just wanted to get my teeth clean and get out. She also forgot to give me my toothpaste. Before the hygienist or dentist webley did a procedure on me I would try to confirm that this is covered by insurance. They said “that is something you ask the front desk. I don’t know”. And proceeded to work on my mouth. They made me feel like I was a bother when I asked, and that I should’ve got up from the dentist chair, go up to the front desk, and come back to get an answer. I felt like my needs were dismissed at times and uncomfortable by certain comments. Other than that, scheduling an appointment was easy and the receptionist was good at explaining insurance.

A great place to go. They have a lot of fun there.

There seems to be a lot of training for new staff, however, making appointments being reminded of appointments is highly rated by me. I got right in as soon as I arrived. I appreciated the Doctor and his assistants. The doctor is very good about explaining what he is being done. The Hygienist, Linda, is top knotch, highly interactive and as she worked she continually educated me on what I can do to improve my gums. So glad I found this place.

Clean, welcoming atmosphere/office with a very welcoming and knowledgeable staff and the results are I came out with a beautiful, white sparkling smile definitely would recommend

Used to go there for years when under previous ownership. It is not the same anymore. Every single medical or dental facility I know uses discretion when asking for or updating medical history. Evidently it's their practice to do it in a loud voice for everyone to hear while you are in the chair. Simply not acceptable. We'll be looking elsewhere.

The Lynnwood Smiles Dental office is great. My care has been excellent, they've been patient with my dental anxiety, and I never feel like my appointments are rushed.

If you want to save your money and your time and health please avoid this clinic. I spent 3 hours for half hour job. Before beginning they give me one price and I paid bill right there, but after three weeks I got additional bill. And I now now I have to go to dantist again and fix their job. Thanks but never come back. Don’t waist your money and time. update. I returned to them after their comment on my review. I hoped that we would find a solution to the problem with the poor quality of their work and the incorrectly calculated bill, but it turned out that they are liars and are not going to change anything. if you want to be scammed then welcome to. but I value my health and my budget and will not return to them again.

The dentist and staff are kind and caring. Scheduling and pre-appt forms were quick. The overall experience was a pleasant one for us and our kids as well!

Dr. Schwarz is great! Super gentle and takes the time to actually care! The assistants always make sure you are comfortable!

I really fill good they did exactly I wan and if they see that it’s not work good they change it for you and they always put there eye on everything they are the best I like my doctor she knows her job because she will ask you everything she wan to do and she will answer all questions you ask

I found this place through a Groupon and signed up for their program for people without insurance. The prices are still pretty high for things like Crowns, etc. but I feel like every dental office has high prices now. The reason I keep going back is for their awesome staff. I love the desk gals & my dentist and all the dental assistants- everyone is pleasant and I feel like they actually care about my comfort. I have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist and this is the one place I feel comfortable going, so props to them!

Always a pleasure to see the staff. Friendly, supportive, and the doctors make sure every step is understood and agreed upon before they begin. Great to be informed before making a decision!
