I have been a dentist phone for the last 50+ years. Drs. Tiana have been able to give me a crown without me looking for a sleep dentist. They are the kindest, gentlest group I have encountered. My immediate and extended family all go there. You should too!

I had my whole family going to this place for some time. The front desk staff has become really horrible recently. My wife had a tooth to be extracted. We went to them during last week of december. They charged us for the extraction in advance. Then none of their dentist could extract the tooth. They asked my wife to come back again to see a different dentist and he couldn’t do it either. On the day of service they told us that they will refund us the money once the manager comes back next year. No refund came until 10th of Jan. So i called on 10th Jan and politely asked where is my refund? They said oh the manager Amy is busy, we will call you tomorrow. No one called. Then i called again and guess what manager Amy was again not available, so i called again and this time she came on the phone. She claimed that they didn’t not charge for the extraction and in fact we owe them the money, because they did a filling on the same tooth. That was a lie. I told her show me the photos, she kept claiming if you come here i can show you the x-ray..I need to see the photo of filling, they don’t have it since they didn’t do it. Then the next receptionist confessed yeah we didn’t do the filling in that tooth but in a different one and the insurance paid us less than the estimate so we now owe them. I said fine just show me the break up for the estimate you have charged. I drove down to the shop to talk to the doctor in person. Then Laura tried to explain me the break up but couldn’t answer some of my questions. I said i want to talk to the doctor for this whole experience, we are not happy. She stonewalled me and first said oh he is busy, it will take 20 mins. I said fine i will wait, then she said no you cannot talk to the doctor but you can talk to Amy’s manager Cindy for billing who was not in the office. When i told Cindy about my whole experience finally she apologized and explained me the breakup. I don’t care about the money we owe them legitimately but we need a good serv

This is the first dentist I’ve gone to where my needs have been accommodated. I really struggled with oral health growing up due to sensory issues. It’s led to a lot of unpleasant dental experiences where it’s really been hard to go back consistently. It’s been bad enough where I honestly haven’t been able to go to an appointment alone when I manage to get myself in. This place made me feel like I could stick with going every 6 months for cleanings. I don’t think I’ll ever feel fully comfortable at the dentist, but I think I’ll fear it a little less going here. Might even be able to go by myself for my next cleaning. Everyone is really nice and supportive. If you’re an adult who struggles with oral health and/or has sensory problems/autism, I’d give this place a shot.

Excellent front line service , technicians superb, dentists friendly, caring Proffesional. The only thing I would like to suggest that all help have name tags, my technician is awesome in all of her duties, getting old an after a couple of years cannot remember my name but she knows me, my wife, our daughter and grand daughters as well concerned about my health. Thanks just a suggestion

Staff is very welcoming and polite. They were able to fix my teeth in a very gentle, reassuring manner. The dentist and his assistant were sure to keep me involved throughout the course of my care. Thanks guys! My smile looks excellent. I can't believe how good it came out

Dr. Bernardo Tiana is the best. He does excellent work and is very kind. Jocelyn at the front desk is very helpful, informative, and responds quickly to emails.

This is the ONLY dentist I have used for the last 12 years. They educate you on the process and don’t rush their work. They take upmost care of you and Dr. Taina and his assistants are very calming and reassuring—they make going to the dentist and maintaining your dental health fun and enjoyable. This is my forever dentist!

Both my wife and I are patients at MV Dentistry Pro's. The name says it all. Kind, considerate, gentle, full scope service. Barely a pinch if numbing medication is used. Don't be apprehensive about a shot. Cleanings are great. Service is covered by countless Insurance plans.

Our families dentist. Very conveniently located in 4 Corners . Works with Delta Dental. Great hygienists on staff. Their appointment reminder system is very robust and hard to miss appointments.

Maple Valley Dentistry, Dr. Bernardo E. Taina DDS and staff are the best. My entire life I’ve struggled finding good and caring dentists, when I find one I really like, I am loyal. Since my first visit over 7 years ago, Dr. Taina has been my dentist and I will not go anywhere else. He can do just about any procedure with little to no pain, he is caring, gentle and his persona is very calming. His Hygienists are the same, they listen to your feedback about sensitive areas and work to make your visit as comfortable as possible. I won’t go anywhere else.

Just got finished with my dental appointment here, first one since COVID started and this is the best dental office I’ve ever been. The staff was incredibly sensitive to my comfort needs, and struggles with dental hygiene as someone with depression- every other place I’ve been in the past has made horribly rude jokes about it or flat out dismissed it. I was really worried about coming in as this is the first time I’ve ever had a gap in my care but I’m definitely comfortable coming back. - Beck

The Dr. and the complete staff are super kind, attentive and take the time to explain you all the procedures and treatments, they are very knowledgeable and patient, I will recommend them to everyone from now on 🙂 ( plus they speak english and spanish) 💙

Everyone was super nice. Took my almost 2 year old for a cleaning and they made his experience not so scary and tried to make everything more enjoyable for him. Dr. Tiana and his staff were very professional.
