Maple Valley Modern Dentistry

Modern, latest technology office. I had a dentist since childhood that had limited hours so I switched to Seattle. Seattle dentist became in network not preferred so I had roughly $100/cleaning. Found maple valley modern dentistry. They have EPIC as a system, two dentists who I’ve seen both that appear very thorough with good patient bedside manners. No hard sell on procedures or anything unnecessary. Very happy so far.

This dental office has great staff. They are all very caring, kind and knowledgeable! The hours on Google however don't match up.....we went on Thursday to seek help from a procedure and they were closed but they called my daughter back and got her in to fix her problem. I was blown away. Highly recommend this awesome dentist!!!

They did a great job! Dr Usha is awesome! She matched my caps on my front teeth perfectly. Very little pain. I recommend her for anyone needing dental work.

Dr Usha is awesome! I personally get super anxious going to the dentist but she makes it fun, relaxing and fast! I had a bridge done (which looks AMAZING) and get quarterly cleanings so I am no rookie to this office:) I definitely recommend this office and Dr Usha!

Dr. Fang, from front desk to staff are absolutely lovely. Their knowledge, professionalism, and happiness being at work exudes throughout the office. I recommend this dental clinic in Maple Valley. I picked this clinic after calling 6 offices. The front desk staff in Jan 2022 took care of my insurance billing and explained my benefits. Very happy to have them as my dental team for the last 8 months.

Maple Valley Dishonest Dentistry… I’ve moved states and have started cleaning at a dentist here in Florida. They are aware of my history with periodontal maintenance and told me that my gums are fine and I just need regular cleaning and will bill me as such. Maple Valley modern dentistry told me that for the rest of my life I was going to need periodontal maintenance and that they would always bill me extra for it no matter what, even if my gums went into remission. My dentist here told me that that is dishonest of them and that if your gums are normal and healthy you should receive normal cleaning and not be billed extra. I am absolutely shocked at this. You are supposed to be able to trust your dentist, not be ripped off by them and be made to pay extra even if you’re healthy. Beware to anyone else that they may be pulling this scam on

Worst Dentist Ever!! Push you into cosmetic procedures that aren’t necessary. Only care about making money and trying to upsell. Worst of all…scheduled two appointments, but after my first appointment (paid $1800 out of pocket) for “same day crown” I cancelled my second appointment well in advance of schedule due to horrible experience. I just got a bill from my insurance for $3400. These crooks filed a claim for cosmetic procedures that never took place knowing my insurance wouldn’t cover services or claim submitted. Really?!? Shady people!

My experience at Maple Valley Modern Dentistry is the Greatest Dental experience that I have ever had !!!WOW!!! , I have been to other Local Dentist offices in the Area of Maple Valley and in Covington, but no Dentist can even come close or even compare to the Greatest Dentist that I have ever experienced !!!! Doctor Usha Patil DDS. She is the best and the most gentlest and caring and she is very compassionate to my dental needs. If you are looking for a Local Dentist in the Maple Valley or Covington area or if you live outside the local area of Doctor Usha office believe me it is worth the drive for the great service that she can provide for her patients. I HIGHLY recommend Doctor Usha Patil for your dental needs and also the Staff is very helpful and friendly it feels like Family from the first step through the front door. I cant say enough but Thank you to Doctor Usha and her staff , I very much appreciated all that you have done for me .

When I first started going to Dr. Usha at Modern Dental in Maple Valley, I had to admit to them I had terrible dental anxiety. I had a horrible dental visit go very bad years ago and it stayed with me. The staff at Modern Dental were AMAZING to say the least!! They are gentle, and she truly has a staff that cares! You can tell they like what they do! Dr. Usha has been fabulous, she explains in detail what your dental plan is and makes sure you are at ease. If you are looking for a friendly staff and a wonderful dentist- try Modern Dental in Maple Valley! They have been wonderful!

Dr Fang was able to see my daughter right away for an urgent dental issue. Dr Fang was very pleasant, thorough, and helped resolve my daughter’s issue quickly and fully. My daughter is out of pain and much happier. We will be back for all of our dental needs.

wait till they have you in the chair a couple time your wallet will sure feel it. Its a shame to have someone treat people like they do.

The office staff was outgoing! I deal with anxiety when going to the dentist and they were very understanding and did everything in their control to help my experience be a positive one. They made sure I was comfortable and went at my pace. Dr. Fang was amazing! Excellent chair side manner!
