Really appreciated the service I got from just calling this place. Called at exactly 8AM due to a dental emergency and the person that answered was super kind and got me in for the soonest appointment. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to be seen due to having a different insurance plan, but the quick response and great customer service was amazing. I’d recommend this place just for that!

The doctor and the staff are amazing. If you’re looking for a good dentist in Puyallup, I totally recommend them.

I am so grateful to 12 Dentistry!! I had the best experience. They were actually closed but when I went in and was in pain they stayed to help me. I got X-rays, a tooth extraction, meds for pain and infection. Before I left I was out of pain and got amazing care. Dr. Ko and his staff are great and care for their patients. They explained everything from my dental needs to insurance information. Thank you all so much for your help. My family and I will be back for all our dental needs.

I came into Dr. Ko’s office after many years of not having dental insurance and with a lot of work to be done. I went in for a consultation and anticipated him to say my mouth was a lost cause and that I should just get dentures or implants. Instead, I was met with a very friendly and caring dentist who was optimistic, realistic, and honest about a long term treatment plan that would save my teeth. After just three visits, my mouth is already looking better than it has in years! I can’t express what that means to me. All staff members are so nice and helpful and I can’t wait til my next appointment so that I can be one step closer to a problem free mouth.

The dentist I had retired so I decided to give Dr. Ko a try I am so glad I did. He is kind and caring about his patients and takes the time to explain things and answer any questions. I also feel he is conservative which I really appreciate. After seeing him a few times I decided to have my daughter go to him as well and she loved him. My husband has also recently seen him and was very happy. The staff is also very friendly and helpful Dr. Ko and his staff have gained three new patients for life.

Dr. Ron put the crowns on my two implants today giving me the ability to chew up food with my back teeth once again. Good news at 75 this coming August.....thanks Ron. Steve Vanderhoof(from Olympia)

I guess I'm just lucky to still have my teeth but I wanted them to look whiter for my 50th high school reunion. Dr. Ko replaced a few fillings and I'm so happy with the results! My teeth look like they did when I was in my 20's! Wish I could say the same about the rest of me. Dr. Ko and the staff are wonderful.

I had a bad tooth repair experience in an "emergency" situation a few weeks before seeing Dr. Ko. This was my first visit with Dr. Ko as my regular dentist had retired and Dr. Ko had purchased the practice. Dr. Ko and his staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I feel Dr. Ko goes above and beyond expectations. He was very clear and open about the work he was going to do and his techniques and attention to detail were outstanding! Because of my previous bad experience, he was so very kind in doing some of the work free of charge and I received a text message later that day to make sure everything was OK. Outstanding service! Thank you to Dr. Ko and his staff.

I have been searching for a dentist’s office like this one for years! The staff is super friendly and Dr Ko actually takes the time to speak with you. I really appreciated how he took the time to go over my X-rays with me and explain everything in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking for a local dentist who cares about their patients!

Wow, no words can describe this Dr., staff, and atmosphere! It’s the best dental experience that we’ve ever had. From the friendliness and ease of calling to schedule an appointment, all the way to finishing the dental procedures/work! Dr. Ko is the most caring, professional, and perfectionist dentist that I have ever seen. He was able to diagnose the exact cause of the tooth pain in an intelligent manner and treat it accordingly. Additionally, he makes sure to listen to his patients closely and addresses their concerns/problems completely. On top of all this, Dr. Ko follows up with a phone call to the patient to make sure that they are feeling well along with if we have any additional questions—something that not many dentists do! All of the staff at 12 Dentistry are friendly, kind, and do their best job every time. A dental experience that surpasses all of our previous experiences with different dental offices by a significant factor!

I love going to Dr Koe office I have been a patient for 40 years. The staff is incredible, I just love them!!! Dr. Koe has been amazing , he is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond what the problem is! He has called me at home after my office visits, answers all my questions , I highly recommend 12 dentistry fir a permanent home!! Thank You!!

The office staff were very friendly & it showed they care about their customers. The hygienists were top notch and you could tell they enjoy their jobs. Glad to have finally found a great dental practice.

I was referred by a friend to Dr. Ko’s office. From day one meeting everyone at 12 Dentistry was a pleasure everybody is very professional an outgoing they make you feel like family. Dr. Ko is the best Dentist I’ve ever been to. I had three implants done there and never any pain he is very gentle when he’s working on you, you don’t even know he’s in your mouth. He’s a total perfectionist which I like. He has all the high-tech equipment too. I am so happy with his work I would refer anyone to him because I know they would be taken care of.

I could not be more thankful for how awesome Ron and staff took care of my emergency dental situation during the holiday weekend. After calling his dentistry within 2 to 3 sentences describing what I was going through with my severe tooth ache & teeth pains he provided instant notification & a sense of relief!!! No need for a root canal & minor sedation..I can smile bright now!! I will no longer be going to see the regular dentist and my family as well will now be using their services for a lifetime. Will reccomend to ALL family & friends. Professionalism, cleanliness, outstanding & next level from the "norm" infinity stars would be given if possible! 🌟 Very affordable as well. Looking!
