I have been a patient at Badger Mountain Dental for about two years now. The front desk staff is very kind, helpful, and great at communicating. I have had Brandi as my dental hygienist since I established care at this facility. Brandi is an excellent hygienist. She provides thorough and detail-oriented care, while providing the patient comfort through her pleasant and calming composure. My interactions with Dr. Braithwaite have always been brief, since I only ever had routine check-up appointments. Due to the brief nature of these encounters, I never quite formed a strong opinion about him and his care. At my most recent appointment I decided to disclose to Dr. Braithwaite about an upcoming elective procedure I am having done soon. It is something I decided he should be aware of because of it's relevance to my oral health. He then took this opportunity to share his opinion on the procedure. He began to patronize my decision making by questioning my grasp on the concept of permanence and lecturing me about my parents' opinion on this and even saying "if you were my daughter this procedure would not happen" and to mention to my parents that he attempted to discourage me from going forward with this. To be clear, I explicitly asked if his unwarranted disapproval was coming from a place of medical concern and he stated it was not. I am rating this based off how uncomfortable I was made to feel during my last appointment. Before this incident I would have rated this as a 5 star and would recommend friends to go. The whole experience was incredibly unprofessional and condescending. This encounter has left me feeling very disappointed in an establishment I had previously regarded very highly.

My family and I have been going to Badger Mountain Dental for years, and we love them! I came to their office at a really rough dental period in my life, and they were so understanding, helpful, and friendly. They were even running a promotion at the time for a free Sonicare toothbrush which they gave me - They go above and beyond for you! They've seen my husband and I through cleanings, fillings, pregnancy, and now they see my toddler, too; they're a perfect family dentist and we hope to see them for years to come yet!

I can not say enough about how impressed I am with Badger Mountain Dental. All the staff that we spoke with were so friendly, personable and caring. Dr. Braithwaite was so patient, personable, caring, and explained things very clearly. He took into consideration my Mom’s fears and feelings and helped her to feel more comfortable. I highly recommend this practice!

Exceptional dental practice. Started with them when we moved here, nearly four years ago. Their program for folks without dental insurance is literally bulletproof - my wife had dental insurance through the State of Washington, dropped it and found that her dental hygiene charges were then less than the co-pay had been with insurance. And, she had been paying $600 per year for the insurance.

I'm new to the area and just happened upon this dentist because it's close to the dog park. I can honestly say it was probably one of the most relaxing dental appointments I've had in awhile. They brought me back super fast, did x-rays, and a cleaning within an hour. The hygienist Leslie was amazingly gentle but still very thorough and knowledgeable.

Hi went to Badger because I had A crown come off, it was nice that they me got in the same day, and he had pulled some of my bad teeth, a year ago. He got me in the same day as I called and that was great.

This office was so helpful to me today, from my very first point of contact by phone, to the chairside experience as well! They were friendly and caring and gave sound advice. Then they went the extra mile to contact me after my visit with more helpful information! Thank you so much! I really appreciate all of your expertise!

Best dentist I have ever been too! They always check up on you and make sure your going to make it to your appointment. They're always awesome on the phone. I love the way they treat you like their cutomers, they actually care about you and not like they just look at you and see money. Awesome, awesome people!!:)

OUTSTANDING, gentle, and professional dental care! Novocaine injections are practically un-noticable. The front office team is just wonderful, and the hygienists are VERY well-trained and proficient. Easily the BEST dental experience I've had in over 40 years. We drive in from Yakima just to go to Badger Mtn. Dental.

Best dentist I have ever had!

I was on a business trip far away from my regular dentist when I had a large piece of one of molars break off on a Sunday afternoon. Based on many positive Yelp and Google reviews, I left Badger Mountain Dental a voicemail and they got back to me early Monday morning and were able to get me into the office early in the afternoon. Their desk staff were very efficient and sympathetic to my plight and I was in the chair and seeing Dr. B within minutes of arriving. He told me that I needed a crown, but before they would proceed, they (not me) would contact my insurance company to get approval to proceed. With approval in hand, Dr. B numbed just the one tooth and quickly created the post. Then the tech came in and used a 3D scanner to create a virtual 3D model of all of my teeth on that side. Then she created a 3D model of the crown that she then exported to their 4-axis milling machine to machine the crown out of solid Zirconia. When it was done, it fit perfectly! After a few minutes of sintering in the kiln it was ready for service! All told, less than two hours after walking into an office and a dentist that I had never seen before I was walking out with a new crown. Their staff is friendly, efficient, and capable. Their equipment is modern and new and Dr. B is easy going, knowledgeable, and talented! If I lived in the area, I would definitely return.

I have a consistently excellent experience, from the reception, through cleaning and procedures. I don’t like going to the dentist, but I find myself looking forward to having my teeth worked on. Go figure.

5 stars! Badger Mountain Dental has been the best dental experience I have had so far. I am usually absolutely TERRIFIED of the dentist! Seriously. I usually avoid the dentist, out of fear, but the staff at Badger Mountain Dental is outstanding. They did the best job at making me feel comfortable and making each visit easy for me. Dr B and his assistants are extremely gentle and do a great job. From the front desk, to the chair and back, you are completely taken care of. They even worked with me to make sure I could afford my procedures. Best of all, they have eased my dental office phobia! Thank You Badger Mountain and Dr B!

I love this dentistry, talk about amazing staff. The dentist listened to me and did what I asked of him (because I wanted a tooth extracted) and they were very fair on their pricing because at the time I did not have insurance. I just moved here earlier this year so I was glad to find this place so fast, my permanent dentist until I move again.
