Dr. Benjamin D. Walker, DMD - Dental Implants & Dentures Richland WA

UPDATE 12/03/2020: Four years of patronage. I've increased the review stars from 4 to 5, and I've also increased my level of devotion and respect. The front office staff are very friendly. They're very thorough about sending helpful reminders, and they've allowed me to choose a specific hygienist that cleans my teeth. This specific hygienist is very cordial, respectful, has a great memory of previous conversations regardless of the hundreds of patrons they see per year, and NEVER hits my gums with sharp instruments! Today will be the first time I'll recommend Ben Walker to someone personally and not just an online review. This person holds tremendous sway upon my life, as I work with them daily, so there's an inherent risk in their relationship not working out and I get egg upon my head. I'm not worried though, because when I asked Ben if he'd be willing to accept a new client, he said quietly and gently in his normal toned voice, "We'd be honored." Dr. Walker will offer his professional opinion and layout a scope of work, but he always relinquishes control over timing and order. It goes without saying based on both reviews and the 5 stars that I recommend this dentistry as a whole to you also! ORIGINAL POST 10/03/2016, 4 Stars: Although I'm still relatively new to this dentistry, I've been treated with courtesy and kindness. Dr. Walker has been transparent with his opinions and concerns. Additionally, he's written a corrective action plan. The office staff has spoken with the insurance company and has detailed the cost of each procedure, the portion the insurance will cover, and the amounts I'll have to pay. My family and I were loyal to another dentistry for years, yet we weren't shown any appreciation for our patronage. Maybe in another few years, I'll up the reviews to 5 stars, because so far, this dentistry has begun to earn my return business.

We love this office! The staff is great and very patient with my kids. The front desk ladies are very willing to find us appointments that work with our schedule. I have definitely recommended Dr. Walker and staff to friends and family.

The staff is very friendly, caring and competent. Dr. Walker is very meticulous and careful in his work and inspires confidence. I've no complaints and have been coming to this office for over 20 years.

We have been with the staff of Walker Family dentistry for decades. They treat us like family. Our whole family looks forward to coming to the dentist! We have been with Dr. Walker for about two and a half years now. He communicates well, is great with our kids, even toddlers. We don't have a lot of dental problems and have seen him for routine cleanings as well as a few fillings. We leave feeling well cared for. We had friends who needed a consultation and they were able to consult Dr. Walker for no charge. They were foreign and unsure of what to expect. They were treated with kindness and hospitality. It's so nice to feel confident sending friends and family to Dr. Walker's office.

They were fast friendly and no pain .

Dr. Walker has been my dentist for several years now. There's never been a long wait and on several occasions he has opened up his office for emergency dental work. The office staff are cheery and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Dr Walker and his staff are the best! Expect great treatment and quality work.
