I just brought my daughter here for an appointment this morning and I felt like everything was really rushed like they were just trying to get us in and out and weren't actually taking there time they were 20 minutes late calling us back for her appointment and then they gave her fluoride without consent. I didn't even realize what the dentist was doing until he already put it in her mouth. This was the first time they have ever given it without asking if I wanted to have it first. I don't appreciate them giving something like that without asking especially since my daughter isn't even 15 months old yet and is too little to have that in my opinion. You really need to make sure you have them ask before just giving that sort of thing because some people don't want it and don't want their child having it either.

The girls at reception were awesome and very helpful. The dental hygienist was super nice but a little clumsy according to my granddaughter The worse part of our appointment was the dentist He was very unfriendly and said about 2 words He had the worse bedside manner I’ve ever encountered!

Apple Valley dental was friendly. I was hoping to get my teeth fixed. But that's okay. Some stuff they couldn't do. That I wanted done. That's okay. It's not there fault. I would go back. I would make them my dentist. They do more than I thought they did. They even cleaned my teeth. They have cool tools for checking your teeth. I would go back. And have them as my dentist. They did more than I thought they did. And you can watch videos too. While you get your teeth done too. I like that.

I have been working with Apple valley dental to get dentures made for 7 months now. I will be the first to admit I am a difficult patient because I didn't think the procedure would take as long as it did. The dentist showed a lot of patience with me, even though I'm sure he was frustrated. Well through it all we finally have a set of teeth that are working really well. I can eat with them, they bite well and I'm learning to use them better and better so I am extremely happy with what he has been able to accomplish. I just wish it hadn't taken quite so long but the end product appears to be working really well for me. Again I appreciate all his patience because I know I am difficult. This is my first pair of dentures and what he has provided is working really well, he did a very good job

This place rocks. I'm an older gent way over due for dentures. Apple Valley hooked me up! Very professional. From the reception staff to the dentist who did the extractions to the dentureist who is doing the dentures. Call them!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I originally called to schedule an appointment because my tooth has been hurting and when I called to schedule “Yasina” answered the phone and she was very unprofessional, she then transferred me to another front desk lady “Amber” who is as very disrespectful simply would not let me speak and she hung up on me! Shortly after I receive a phone call from “Hailey” who is apparently the supervisor. Hailey rescheduled my appt with an oral surgeon & when I went in they took xrays and the dental assistant asked “which wisdom teeth are causing pain” to which I was shocked because I don’t have ANY wisdom teeth, they were extracted 4 years ago! The oral surgeon looked at my mouth for maybe 30 seconds and said Hailey scheduled me for the wrong type of appointment and I would need to reschedule yet again. So I rescheduled went in today.. Heather the dental assistant was amazing as well as the practitioner. They said I have a “root canal” & referred me to another place! Mind you I did ask to speak to Hailey and she was very disrespectful today I asked for her boss to which she replied “I am the boss” in a VERY stuck up manner. I asked again for HER boss to which she told me she did NOT have to give me the regional managers number and left the room. I’m literally DISGUSTED with this place.

If you want to keep your teeth, i suggest you don’t go here. i went here for a check up they said everything was good until i told them some of my teeth are still baby teeth. some of my back teeth never had adult teeth behind them so all my life i’ve taken very good care of my teeth hence my teeth being so old. when i told them that some of my teeth were still baby teeth, they checked again and said ope your back muller needs to be pulled. they said it’s hanging by a thread and started to get their things ready to pull my tooth. i told them i didn’t want to get my tooth pulled right at that moment and would like to wait and they said that’s ok but i need to schedule to get it pulled as soon as possible. I left and waited quite some time, went to a different dentist and got x-rays done etc and they told me my teeth are perfect!!! i mentioned this place wanted to pull my tooth and they said that was excessive and there’s no reason to. I would’ve lost a tooth for no reason… really dodged a bullet there and will not be going back here or taking my child here ever again save your time money… and teeth.
