Cascade Dental Care - North Spokane

As soon as I walked into Cascade I was greeted by Alleana and she checked me in immediately. She was very sweet and talked with me while I waited to head back. All of the staff are very kind and have a genuine interest in quality patient care. I would 10/10 recommend this office to anyone looking for a place to improve and maintain your oral health!

The staff as a whole is amazing and helpful. I have had my whole family switch over to Cascade.

Dr. Walker is amazing. But the office staff has been giving me the run around for over 3 months not returning calls about a small billing discrepancy. It's a shame for awhile I thought I had found a good dentist. And the dentist is good just not the front office. I've now had to request my full billing record just so I can figure out if there was a payment that wasn't applied or if there was something insurance didn't pay for because they keep saying for the past 3 months they'd look into it and call me back then I hear nothing back. EDIT: (changed from 2 to 1 star) And now instead of discussing it I'm getting rude calls threatening to send it to collections. I just paid it to avoid that, but I am NEVER going back.

Dr. Cullings and staff are excellent. I broke a tooth and they were able to work me in before any sensitivity set in. I would highly recommend his services.

Dr. Walker is the best dentist hands down! He’s always so kind and friendly when I come to the office. Not to mention he’s extremely gentle with everything he does and thoroughly explains everything! 10/10 would recommend! Best dentist ever!!

Dr Walker is an amazing dentist, performs excellent work, great personality and gives/shows care for each individual. The family of Cascade Dental supports and compliments one another. It’s truly a pleasure to be a patient of this office, family and community.

So many things went wrong. 1. Husband was scheduled for first appointment and told to arrive 15 minutes early. Upon arrival, they told him, "we're closed. Come back in 15 minutes." And ushered him out, locking the door. Rude . 2. Did not do good work. Had a crown done that needed some adjustment. Did not listen to my complaints. Had to see another dentist to get the bite corrected. 3. Said they had processed insurance coverage for a (different) crown but, AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE insurance said it had been denied because it wasn't damaged enough to require a crown. Obviously, they lied about the approval. 3. Following up with the insurance, I was informed by insurance that since the dentist is part of network, he wasn't to bill me for the above amount that the insurance had denied. They did bill me. Unfortunately, I paid it before discovering they were under contract as an "in-network provider" and not supposed to bill me. I'm out almost $1000. 4. They refused to forward any records when requested by another dentist. I realize they want to keep their clients but good will toward other providers is always a good thing. They work a system that is often confusing to the average person just seeking honest service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND looking elsewhere for a reputable, honest, good dentist unless you're made of money and have extra to burn. I will be interested to see how long this honest but negative review stays up.

Definitely recommend this place! I got referred here by my barber but previously used to go to another dentist which I dislike at this point. I paid $300 something there for work I didn't need and never received what I asked for in the first place (All I needed was a long-term plan of action and the approximate cost for it layed out on paper.). My first appointment here went awesome! Dr.Martin answered all my questions without hesitation and did what the other clinic refused to, and then some. 20/10 coming again!
