UPDATE: Was it ever taken into consideration of how hard it is to find a dentist? I've been with this dentist for over 7 yrs and sadly after the join, I'm no longer in network and have to find another dentist. I can't think of how long I've been coming to this dentist but I do know I wouldn't think twice about going else where. I've always had great service and professional staff! Every visit has been amazing! The staff always make sure you're comfortable and always give great advice. It's amazing to see how well the staff work together to get the job done. Continue to keep up the awesome work. Do know you guys are forever appreciated!!!

It used to be a great practice under Dr Marshall! It no longer is a great practice and it treats patients and long term employees as expendable with no thought to anyone's actual needs! Dr Renck needs to find his humanity as he really is a wolf in sheeps clothing! Don't bother with him find soeone that actually cares.

Love this place wish I would have known Lilac City Dental was there before I had my teeth pulled Dr. Renkin and is staff was professional and super friendly. Dr.Renck great told you your options pros and cons about your processes and let you the deside what's best for you.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They explain what needs to be done. How they will go about it, and what the cost will be. Great prices. Honest. Comfortable atmosphere. Always feel welcomed. Definitely recommend.

Had to cancel an appointment because I could not afford to miss work at the the time, I never rescheduled or anything. Only time I ever had to cancel a dentist appointment. Called to schedule an appointment a year later, they said they I can no longer go through them because I missed 7 or more appointments when I had only missed one. I’m guessing they rescheduled my appointment without my knowledge.

Everyone was super kind and caring. Also everyone was super friendly and made me feel relaxed. They also had excellent service would definitely recommend.

Kenna was amazing and I had the most stress free relaxing (as much as the dentist can be) visit ever. She made me feel super comfortable during my visit, answered all my questions and explained aftercare/gave my tips on how to have better dental health overall. Will definitely be going back here again!

I wish there was a Zero Star Rating. I would have given Them Zero Star instead of 1. I have NEVER DEALT WITH ANYONE MORE RUDE THEN THEIR RECEPTIONIST BY NAME JUDY. Judy is not only terrible at service, but is also very condecending AND Disrespectful. Judy had hung up on me three different times, because she didn't want to help me schedule an appointment, or answer simple questions about the price of the exam, or questions i had regarding insurance etc, or simply do anything a receptionist is hired to do. I wouldnt have even called the office, but since i had a refferal to them, i had no choice but to. I will take my business and my Private Pay $$$ to someone who values it and their clients. WHEN WE FIRST MEET AND DEAL WITH A COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE EMPLOYED THERE , GENERALLY THE INITIAL PERSON WE ENCOUNTER IS THE RECEPTIONIST. THIS IS PROBABLY ONE REASON WHY IN SOME PLACES THE RECEPTIONIST IS CONCIDERED TO BE THE FACE OF THE COMPANY. THE ONE WHO REPRESENTS THE COMPANY. THE WAY JUDY CONDUCTED HERSELF TODAY WAS FOR LACK OF A BETTER PHRASE "UGLY" . BECAUSE OF THIS BEHAVIOR I CANT HELP BUT WONDER IF THE OTHER EMPLOYEES/MANAGEMENT HERE ALSO CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A SIMILAR MANNER. UNFORTUNATELY THATS MY FIRST IMPRESSION AND IT WILL ALSO BE MY LAST AND ONLY IMPRESSION OF THIS COMPANY.

Friendly and professional staff. On-time and very thorough cleaning. This is the dentist office I have been looking for and finally found.

My family goes here for dental care and we have always been treated and cared for wonderfully. The staff are amazing and the dentist is very friendly and caring. He listens to concerns and doesn't just brush you off, like our last dentist. His office is always neat and clean. The staff take cleanliness and safety very seriously. I highly recommend Lilac City Dental!

This dental office has a comfortable atmosphere, and a kind and knowledgable staff. Dr. Renck is excellent dentist; caring, easy going capable and efficient.

My regular dentist had retired, so had some trepidation about someone new, who I had never met. All fears were gone after meeting Dr. Renck and staff. Great sense of humor, relaxed atmosphere. Front desk still had a familiar face too. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone who is seeking treatment.

I loved to be around such amazing, kind people. Doctor seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced. Love the atmosphere and the beautiful soft classical music.

I was seen yesterday 1/2/2020 and I am less than impressed with this new dentist that's taken over for Dr Marshall, no one was notified Dr Marshall has left and retired from his practice. Showed up for an appointment to find out he was gone and Dr Renck took over the practice. so yesterday 1/2/2020 I had a extraction done, was sent home. I bleed until 4am my face extremely swollen and literally in so much pain so they told me to come back in and they would get me help and relief. Dr Renck absolutely was 110% rude and not helpful, I told him I'm taking 1000mg of tylenol every 4 hours it isn't working and it is obviously clearly visible my face is extremely swollen and not okay he said I'll give you antibiotics and keep on the tylenol. I said I haven't slept and I'm in alot of pain. he said it should pass in a few days. and wouldn't do anything to help. he absolutely judged me based on appearance. which is not okay. This is absolutely absurd medical and dentistry here and not ethical practice! so I'm just supposed to suffer through the next few days with no help or relief. Dr Marshall would never have a patient suffer period! Dr Renck absolutely obviously will. I will not return to this dentist period! and wouldn't recomend him. While getting my extraction at the entire time Dr Renck was unprofessional making off putting comments and strange reference and weird noises, very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this dentist period!!! This picture is my swollen face. I was told to come in for help and got none! Thanks for letting me sit in pain and suffer!

Went to this location when Don Marshall was head I believe and I will continue to go there for the awesome job the new head of dentistry and staff did on a double extract with no pain only what’s necessary pressure. Thank you much Lilac Dental.

Dr.Renck was amazing! He’s so friendly and so was the whole staff:-) would definitely recommend and will definitely come back!

The new dentist that took over for dr. Marshall is amazing, he has good bedside manner makes you feel comfortable and does amazing work on your teeth, dr. Marshall couldn't have found a better dentist this guy is just amazing
