Been going here for years. My childhood dentist had claimed there was nothing to be done about a particular tooth problem, so it went untreated for years. When I switched to Dr. Martin, he fixed it right away.

I haven't had an experience this bad since I was a kid, and that dentist is in prison. This office does NOT believe in informed consent. They will tell you something is a simple procedure, then grind several teeth down to nubs.

I have been seeing Dr. Martin for years up until a few months ago. His hygienist Tom is the most disrespectful and unprofessional staff member I have met. I have told them many times I have sensitive teeth and they need to be numbed each time. They refused to listen and accommodate my needs. They wanted to charge a grand just to put me under anesthesia which all I need is a numbing agent. Scammers! The dental hygeniest Tom also once lost his temper on me and overturned the dental cleaning tools. Fire Tom and get someone more professional is all I can say.

I have always been afraid to go to the dentist. Dr.Martin and his staff have always been kind,understanding, professional and compassionate. The receptionists are great and can answer any insurance questions and/or issues I may have. Dr. Martin and his team are the best in Spokane!!
