I have been going to this dentist for over 4 years. I switched to them from another dentist that was taking advantage. I’m so glad I made the switch. ALL the staff are kind, attentive & friendly. Dr H is a fantastic dentist & I would recommend his facility.

Servicing too many poor folks.. pay isn't enough to help anymore WA apple health nor can I pay out of pocket... Booo No dental emergency help for me

I love having Northpoint Family Dentistry as my dentist. Staff is awesome and the location is fabulous. I love my dentist!

I have been using Northpointe Family Dentistry for several years and have always been quite happy with the services they provide and the attention they give me individually.

I called to see if they can get me in due to a tooth emergency. She advised that they can get me in. She asked if I had insurance, I mentioned that I have state (which they don’t take) and she immediately said that they can’t see me. I said I can be self-pay no problem, and the receptionist kept saying that it doesn’t matter and that they can’t see me. It’s ridiculous. Then she advised that from now on whenever I call somewhere to schedule a dental appt, to LIE about having insurance. Wow. I have no words. Save your breath and go elsewhere, I’m shocked how un-accommodating they are .

Friendly service. Cleaning technician did an outstanding job. Dr. Hager is an extremely efficient and professional dentist.

I was reading reviews between a couple different dental offices and so glad I picked this one! The hygienist is very sweet and makes you feel comfortable while cleaning your teeth and the dentist also makes you feel comfortable with no pain. I usually have anxiety at the dentist but they made me feel very relaxed! Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

Just had a cleaning and fillings done. This office is wonderful. Easily one of the best dentists that I have interacted with. Will continue to go and would recommend! *Update* Still coming here 7 years later and my opinion remains the same. If you are looking for not only a good dentist, but good hygienist, office, etc. you should check this place out. Still top notch stuff.

I had a fast, visit, and 4 fillings done, when I was only scheduled for a cleaning. It was my mistake, but they were ready to do what I needed and treated me with respect and kindness, totally professional. So great to work with, and I sure didn't feel any pain.

On August 19th while on vacation in Wyoming I chipped one of my front teeth badly. I was leaving the next day to drive to Seattle, a two day drive, to attend a wedding. I called a friend in Spokane to ask for a reference to a dental practice I might, FINGERS CROSSED, be able to stop off at to get the tooth fixed. Northpointe family dentistry was recommended. To make a long story short after telling them my emergency repair situation they schedule me in at 9:30 am on the morning of the 20th. Dr. Scott Hager was able to repair the tooth and I was then on my way to Seattle so I could attend the wedding on the 21st. All I can say is AMAZIMG!!! Not only was Dr. Hager a god send but every one of the staff was so welcoming and so sorry to hear about my situations that I felt like I had 6 people taking care of me. I’m giving Northpionte Dentistry 5 Stars but I’d give them 10 if it was possible. They saved the day for me no doubt.

my Dentist that I had for many years did not accept my new dental insurance and today I had to find one, so I called Northpoint family dentist and they did accept my insurance! last night my bridge fell out and this place got me in right away to fix it. To be honest I received the best service ever from them. I will refer them to everyone...

Very personable staff. They worked with my schedule and and made the process easy. They were surprisingly affordable compared to the service that I got.

One of my caps came loose and they were able to squeeze me in with in two hours. I have had nothing but positive results from Northpoint Family Dentistry. Dr. Hager and his staff are absolute professionals. They do everything in their power to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

I was greeted by a friendly person at the front desk. My issue was taken care of almost painlessly.
